Dawa(dunno d English name tongue

Sweet potato
Debinu
Ginger
Tigernuts(Aya)
STAGE 1
1. Soak dawa and Aya(dry type) separately in wqter for atleast 24hr.
2.wash the oda ingredients very well. for the debinu slit open and remove the hard seed. this is vry easy when it gets soft
3.Grind every thing together to a paste(just lik u do for pap).
STAGE 2
When u get home, u seive it with your muslin(that linen-like material they us for pap too). You sieve just like u do for pap. After tht you heat for some minutes , leave to cool then refrigerate
Your kunu is ready for enjoyment

I've done like 4 scan abii izit 5 sef. The kind of bleeding I've passed through this period. Sometimes I think I'd prefer MS in exchange for it. in fact on Thursday night I thought it was all over because I bled all through with clots till Friday morning. Early in the morning I took a bath and went to the clinic to check if there's anything remaining and get the necessary medications and antibiotics if need be. I didn't want to look at the screen. Hmmmm. Dr said you're baby is still there just that you're bleeding around the cervical area and point of implantation( Grammar). I've had to stop the cyclogest because of the bleeding. Am on duphaston tds . am a little scared of the sharp drop in dosage. My faith is up. That's all I can hold on to for now. Medicine seem to have failed but I believe God cannot.

maybe you should do an mp test first. I was having those Malaria like symptoms and Dr said twas part of d package. the mp test result came out negative too

No it shouldn't be daily ( I think). I was taking it 1ce in 3days. then alternate daily later.

I only used duphaston, though another gynae changed it to Cyclogest when I experienced spotting bt I didn't use it since my consultant is ok with the duphaston and the monetary aspect also.
However I ll advise you go for Cyclogest it offers more progesterone than duphaston. I wish you a healthy pregnancy and supernatural delivery as well ijn.

Please which is more effective for me to be on cyclogest or duphaston? govt prescribed duphaston while private prescribed Cyclogest. and am weighing my pocket and better result.

Yes Mum, went to show masef yestaday. Govt and Private. they prescribed duphaston bd abi tds. confusing. not interested though so didn't boda. Going to c private 2mao. I Don't think he'd prescribe duphaston again. but if he does then I'd start going to church for antenatal.
that's d only thing av not tried. (I think)

my dear Sistas. Not like I ran away o. Had a miscarriage on May 3. Dint want to announce it. Was already tired of announcing MCs. So I decided to pack well. May 5 I jejely. went to d salon and made my hair(feathers) and resumed work on Monday. (hu cry don epp) . Buh as usual God is always faithful. Unchangeable changer, my miraculous God, immortal, invisible and invincible God . He is still in the business of doing wonders. My testimony shall resound. He gave me anoda bfp.
