This present government have not done anything tangible for the SE people. When I see people from SE clamouring for the return of this government, I shake my head in utter displeasure.
Rochas himself has not faired better, so he should consentrate on building state roads cos the last time I went to my state, almost ll the state roads I met were in a sorry state.

I recently got to know about a 2 bedroom apartment in Enugu GRA that goes for 800K, 3. Bedroom in Newhaven is now going for 500K-600K, independence Layout my friend paid 800K for 3 bedroom, so I think 500K In GRA PHC is relatively cheap.
