Indians are another experts in software development, but they charge noting close to other develop countries because economy differs, many programmers in nigeria who ought to be living well doing many jobs end up not having much because they have clouded their mindset base on charging like abroad programmers. To the poster, rather than seeking online programmers (though a few on nairaland who have worked with are good) but going to a good IT company in Nigeria will cost alot less, u might spend less than 150k for the kind of app you wanna build . I was waiting to see if someone would be smart enough to figure this out, and you were. Poor lighting, bad camera made her look dark. Like one of my friends I grew up with who has always been extremely lightskin from birth, I saw some of our old pictures and she was looking darker than usual because of the poor camera quality and bad lighting. Nina is obviously naturally fair.
