Spy360: You still dey hope for striker?
When I was shouting it here that as far as Arteta's tactics is concerned a striker will not be a priority. As it stands now, for us to sign a striker we must look for a way to sell Nketiah. As any striker will simply be a backup option just like Nketiah.
Arteta no fancy striker again like that year he joined us. Abeg scroll up and read again. |

germaphobe: Before the end of first round he will already be up ahead of his last season numbers all those pundits that criticize our celebration won't know how to react, cus the noise will be louder this season. I just want Emirate to be a fortress like Anfield, whole season unbeaten with less than 6 draws. You dey see vision? |

Jodera: Lol... I'm just being realistic oo. Do you think it's possible to get 114/114? It may not be possible but that should be their target this season. Just win every match. Philosophically speaking, the only way to win is to target the maximum. |

Jodera: Lol... He's the striker we would love, tho I was even skeptical about him at first (when he was at sociedad). It's just that I no dey reason am cos I know he's their poster boy. I doubt if we drop 100m they'll even sell him sef, that's to tell you why I'm not even looking at his direction
Watkins na another person I like. He's someone I love his style of play first time I followed him right from his debut Aston Villa campaign and tbh it'll be easier to get Watkins than Isak I read something about Newcastle having PSR and FFP issue and they need to sell. That's why I think we can just play with them small. Watkins is good. He seems to be an Arsenal fan sef. He couldn't celebrate when Son missed that famous chance against City last season. But Aston Villa won't let him go. |

Jodera: how much you think say Isak first worth wey you wan drop 10m with Nk? Bro, how often do you enter local market? We go tell them say we value Nketiah as 40m. If them no gree, we go add 10 more. I just like that guy. He is a perfect example of a player Arteta wants. He is a good outlet, very fast and physical, excellent dribbling and ball-carrying, and can score goals too. When I was reading the analysis earlier this year, two names were suggested - Isak and Rashford. Except that Rashford is not the physical type. |

Imagine Anthony Taylor is an arsenal fan and we're locked on In a two way battle with Man City and Man City wants to play Chelsea. I'm not sure they'll want to put Taylor to officiate the game..
But I dunno Sha Na them Sabi... But I wouldn't rule that out sha... no be PGMOL again. |

Jodera: This ought to be the best suggestion cos I don't get the idea of telling ref to reveal their club.
All that won't have been necessary if this your suggestion was carried out One thing is to acknowledge my team didn't perform up to expectation, but not ref influencing the outcome of a match through debatable decisions only for their organization to issue apology later. |

Ijustwantto: Wow. Dats a good idea, because everybody involved in football will always have a favorite club. They should bring it to laliga too if it's true. I know most of them will mention cele club
Anyways, which referee would you like to hear his club. Michael Oliver?? I would have mentioned Howard Webb but he has retired. Naming the clubs they support is not enough sha. They can still influence things for these clubs. |

germaphobe: God bless you for this correction. I realized that we're on an upward trajectory so my baby is getting 25 goals for sure, if only Arteta won't make him drag spot in the already congested midfield. Havertz up front, Jesus drag right wing with Saka, or like the coach did later part of last season and try Martinelli on the right to give Saka rest, so Jesus will drag that left side with Trossard. Make Havertz lead the line and I guarantee you 25 goals Jesus can play top front in cup games shaa. With the way this transfer window is going, I don't think Arsenal will get any player for that Saka spot, I've made peace with that but if they surprise me, I go take am. Lol... I would go with 25G/A instead of 25 goals. |

Shegzdave: Saliba case might be his gene tho cause I’ve seen someone like him also; so muscular with little to no gym, Saliba will definitely gym more if he’s adding more weight and losing his speed.
Viera should better bulk up or else but only Arteta knows what he sees in the lad tho. Yea.. could be gene. Vieira is actually good technically. His issue has been his frame and maybe confidence. |
