Did you see the picture I posted yesterday? He looks bigger .

I think He’s the biggest, with Big Gabi next
Yea.. I saw the picture. He should be around 80+ kg. Gabi closely follow s. Funny thing is Saliba doesn't gym much according to the interview I watched sometimes back.

Vieira is probably the lightest. Man even dey get injury when performing his manly duty at home. Or tell me how person go get hip and groin injury without playing football. grin

Aina have admitted he played the Afcon final despite being injured, in an interview he did with Iwobi he said he wasn’t ready to miss that Afcon final for anything in the world as it could be a once in a life time opportunity. Me I think that was a very selfish decision and the I expected the coach to know better, that act of his largely contributed to us loosing that game
At the end of the day, JPes is still to blame. I want to believe he was aware half of our starting lineup were not fully fit yet he still fielded them in hat final.

Martinelli don dey fear me small small.

It's as if he's getting stagnated after his tremendous stats. He ought to be improving but his decision making and dribbling are just not improving at all. I just hope this team don't leave him cos it seems that the team is fast outpacing him
He has really regressed. However, he should be fit against our double header against Liverpool.

The most detribalized is me. Not because of the money but over the years all I have fought for and being misunderstood for has come to pass.

From Solanke is better than Iheancho debate

Lookman is better than ....

Awoniyi go shine

Ajagun

Nwakali debate (I saw his talent but I also saw there was something missing)

Kayode

Dele

Manuel Akanji debate

They also forgot I spoke about Eze, Tyrone Ebuehi etc talent here before anyone noticed their talent.

I fought for Moses Simon. Victor Moses etc

But once I mention any player that is from sw, their insecurity kicks. Those are the real jingoistic ethnic champions.

Haha!!! Abi all these players I mentioned didn't do well?

At the end of the day, most had/having a decent career.

Have I not been vindicated? I can spot talent when I see one though I might not be perfect but almost. shocked

Meanwhile, I was thinking the giveaway is not immediate but at the end of the year so nominations should be made in November and the reward presented to the winners in December.

Between now and November, when the nominations will be made all the new monikers who invaded this thread because of the reward would have lost momentum and fizzled out.

1st of all city isn't pressing as much as you just said. 2nd gundogan can't play box to box. As an amf he's not that good he's a cmf. Our so called new system doesn't have a cmf but 3 amfs. So he maybe dropped to a 70min cameo player

Gundo should be in dmf. It's a double pivot.. he's obviously not gonna be box to box.. that's where gavi/Chris/bernal come in
Gundo's passing is valuable. Playing attacking mid isn't gonna work for him as we are meant to play high press.. his pressing is as low s naira
Hope you know Gundo was signed from City? One of the best teams when it comes to pressing.

In a double pivot, you will have a DM as well as a box to box midfielder with an AM playing ahead of them. So where exactly do you want Gundo to play? You don't want him either in AM or box to box and the guy can't play as a DM.

Lewy should use his experience and teach his youngsters how to warm bench cuz that's where he belongs
Ansu better pick up
Gundo should be dropped to dmf for his passing. Not an amf cuz he lacks pace
Where the flip is olmo
Roque should double it down with lewy Pau should at least start 50 % of our games
Gundogan? DM? Maybe na mistake sha

This backpost attack is something that arsenal have been doing for some seasons now but it's mostly the Right to left back post attack. I'm glad we want to incorporate the left to right backpost attack. And also glad that Saka is working on his headers cos that's one of his weak points
I think he missed a couple of headers in that match against Lyon. My network was bad but I was able to count like two headers and near post chances he missed. I'm so glad he recognized that weakness and get to work on that ASAP.
That boy is destined for greatness. If only Martinelli can be a little bit serious too eh..

I'm one of those who not be happy if he's not sold for at least 30m. Even if the 30m is made up of variables, it should.

I'm not against selling him now for 25m if the offer comes sha cos half bread is better than nothing. But what I would love to see is us getting a good "someone" who'll be good at sales negotiation.

With the kind of experience and prime age Nketiah have at a top club (plus availability cos he hardly goes injured), it's crazy that we're begging for 30m. I believe someone like Nketiah would thrive very very well in a mid club away from pressure. He's not a 25m player at all.

It's only arsenal that its second striker at such a prime age will be begging for 25m. Other clubs in our position would have sold Nketiah higher. I don't know why we're poor at sales tbh.
It is not about getting someone who will be good at sales negotiation, you need to consider the player factor too.
For instance, I'm not sure Nketiah scored up to 10 goals in total last season. Imagine you're the buyer, would you pay more than 30 million? Be honest.
Another issue is that negotiation is difficult when there is only one club interested in Nketiah. Assuming there were multiple clubs interested, to get a good price won't be difficult.
And lastly, most clubs are watching our squad and are aware that most of our players we're putting up for sale are fringe and no longer needed (somehow). These are issues more important than getting a sale negotiator.

True... The issue is most African countries are not interested in any other activities aside football. The only sport that reigns is football. However, I still think Nigeria can do better in other sports. Maybe creating mini-federation for each sports. That's when there is economic stability sha.

First of all nobody is over exaggerating in delusional blindness about any player that is Nigerian origin in England.

You are a bigoted hypocrite steeped in crass double standard.

Tell me one Nigerian origin player in the UK that has done nothing beyond youth football in the past 8 years, that ANYBODY talks about here

He gets into according to you team of the week "severally" whatever that means. That narrative has been never ending even when he was in the poor level Segunda Division.

He is so good according to you not one better club had put in a substantive bid for him in 8 years. Arsenal had to beg clubs to take him for free as a favour.

Now tell me one, not two Nigerian origin player in England with such an abysmal mediocrity record of football that ANYBOY has mentioned here.

The players I have mentioned in the past and I am talking 4 years ago, I have not mentioned because they are not good enough . However, shockingly they are all doing much better than him.

Nwakali will not get into English League one, he is that poor.

It's an absolute disgraceful disservice to this forum and to all Nigerian players across Europe who are striving for recognition when all we do is Nwakali hype and over hype.

We are supposed to be looking at emerging outstanding talented players across Europe in top leagues who can bring values to the SE. Not over hyped historical never do wells like Nwakali.

Some of you typify the Nigerian mentality of recycling dead geriatric criminal corrupt politicians and calling them saints. That's what you are doing with Nwakali.

Imagine the arrant nonsensical proposition that he the only midfielder with the skill to pass long ball, utter madness.
This transfer window has not been kind to Komekn. Baba never recover from Nacho's move to Sevilla. Now Nawakali don join League one.
