🇩🇪 Bayern Munich have almost eliminated muscle injuries thanks to an unusual method.

During training sessions, players are increasingly seen with small plasters on their ears because the club takes micro blood samples before workouts. Two key indicators are analyzed — lactate, which reflects current workload and endurance, and creatine kinase, which rises with micro-damage to muscles and is considered an early signal of a potential injury.

Based on this data, the coaching staff adjusts training loads in real time. If the indicators go beyond safe limits, the player’s intensity is immediately reduced.

As a result, Bayern have had almost no muscle injuries this season. The approach itself isn’t new (it was already used under Thomas Tuchel), but under Vincent Kompany the system is working noticeably more effectively.

The contrast is especially clear compared to last season. Back then, the Munich side suffered more than 20 muscle injuries in a year and were missing half of their starting lineup ahead of the UEFA Champions League quarter-final against Inter Milan.

Bendel Insurance go think say na AI 🤣🤣🤣

We could do with Merino or Havertz up front unfortunately both are not on the pitch. We are not making any reasonable attempt in the final third because Gyokeres is losing his duels.

When David Bentley is a teenager coming through at Arsenal, he walks into the canteen at the training camp and sits down where he feels like sitting.

It’s Patrick Vieira’s seat.

Vieira comes over, taps him on the shoulder and keeps it short.

“Get out of my seat. You’re in my seat.”

Bentley looks up and decides he isn’t playing along.

“I wasn’t going to let anyone mug me off.”

“If I was on the street, no chance. I’m not moving.”

Vieira just stands there, in front of the whole squad, watching this kid double down on it.

Bentley can feel the room clocking it, because everyone knows what the rules are, and he’s pretending they don’t exist.

“There’s a hierarchy but I don’t know, I’m not having that.”

Vieira doesn’t say a word. Moves seat.

Bentley was feeling smug with himself after standing up to the captain.

The smile was quickly wiped off his face during the training.

“He kept smashing me…”

“I never sat in his seat again after that.”

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Make una calm down with this hate talk. All the top teams get criticised or talked about, it has nothing to do with hate.
This is more than criticism chief. Imagine Scholes saying they shouldn't give out any trophy this season because of Arsenal. Liverpool scored from 3 corners few days ago and nobody said anything. E reach Arsenal turn, dem don dey foam for mouth again.

There's criticism and there's hate. Let me not even start with rival fans.

I would never understand why some set of Arsenal fans are referencing that draw against Wolves any time Wolves defeat a big team. Like we threw away a two-goal lead bro. How does that gladden your heart as an Arsenal fan even when this Wolves team are butchering teams here and there. We don pass that era. Even if Wolves flog City 3-0 tomorrow, that still doesn't justify our poor performance. We're not them. They're not us.

BTW, I took a screenshot yesterday. All these pundits and analysts dissing Arsenal, the hate will choke them seh

🚨 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟: 𝘼𝙧𝙨𝙚̀𝙣𝙚 𝙒𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙧’𝙨 offside rule has been APPROVED for further TRIALS… and it’s starting in the Canadian Premier League 🇨🇦 The Canadian league becomes the first top-flight league to test this proposed rule.

Per the proposed rule, a player is ONLY offside if he has FULLY passed the last defender.

No more toes.
No more shoulders.
No more armpit VAR lines.

If even a tiny part of the attacker is level… he’s ONSIDE.

And if this works? The entire world could adopt it from 2027/28 👀🌍

This could completely change football:
⚡ More through balls
⚡ More one-on-ones
⚡ More goals
⚡ Fewer controversial VAR decisions

Defenders might be in serious trouble…
IMO, this is a rubbish rule. They want to destroy this beautiful game

I read on twitter about how hevertz coming back is good thing for us and that he will see off the remaining of our games.

Like fans are raving about his return.

Personally, I think he is dangerous and can change games.

To think that about 2 seasons ago, I was pissed off at his signing.

Nice one.
Rejected stone don become cornerstone o grin grin grin

I'm surprised at how Arsenal fans are so much looking forward to having him back.

No be say I even rate Madugu like that but what I will not and never accept is their EVIL AGENDA to discredit him and ascribe the Mission X accomplishment to the players.

A coach leads a team to a tournament plays six matches, defeating Zambia, South Africa and Morocco, besting Nora Hauptie, Desiree Ellis and Jorge Vilda respectively but NL armchair analysts say he had no coaching input and attribute the success to the will and desire of the players. How?
It's ridiculous. Very ridiculous.
The fact that he had to bring in that CAF award agenda especially when a 2-year old can easily decode the award was rigged in Morocco's favour. Nigeria easily had top 2 best players in that tourney but CAF still gave the award to Cheebak.

I realised some of the arguments on this threads are unnecessary as you're unlikely to change minds no matter how superior your argument is. I am emotionally detached from the Super Falcons so with whatever decision Madugu makes. Pretty sure the house will come crashing down at some point and the NFF will have to eat their votim. Till then folks are allowed to believe he's the best thing since slice bread.
Nobody said he is the best thing after slice bread. We know how NFF moves.

But that doesn't mean you should try to downplay the man's success. He took the team (same team that was in Randy's disposal) to AWCON and won the trophy with them. The same tourney your darling Randy fumbled in.

Maybe this is why you both are against the man. He did something your fave couldn't do.
