andrewbaba44: Not a fan of Sadiq
But that boy will soon shame you
You always speak as if the guy is a failure
So many players started from high leagues but without much game time they had to go a lower league to proove themself and come back to the top league
You see sadiq as a failure but you won’t see Dominic solanke as one who didn’t do well at a top league but now doing well at the championship just as sadiq is doing well at the segunda
You really need to calm down as what you have against Sadiq is now looking too personal You should have ignore him. He said the same thing about Nacho and Osimehn, both players already served him a humble pie...it's Sadiq's turn soon |

Maybe you will tell me the league ighalo was playing for at the last afcon he won the golden boot
On current form from Spanish division 2 sadiq will bench all Nigeria strikers ,but that’s very very impossible You're the one that didn't understand the post I quoted... nobody is downplaying any player here. He said Sadiq and Awoniyi will never bench Ighalo on current form. He is taking their club form into context here and that's what I was disputing. This has nothing to do with Aboubakar and AFCON you brought in |

andrewbaba44: And a Saudi league player won the golden boot at the afcon ahead of players from the so called top leagues in Europe
This got nothing to do with ighalo form The fact that aboubakar won the golden boot doesn't give an assurance that Ighalo would have done the same. And in reference to the post I quoted, there is no how Sadiq won't bench Ighalo on current form. |

charlesemeka85: Alex was massive yesterday, his dribbles, link up play and pressing were top notch
The problem is that many expect iwobi to score goals always but if we observe his style of play he is not type of player. Iwobi is a typical Arsenal groomed player who style is based on simple passes and link up play which makes a core ex Arsenal’s manager wenger type of player
Alex is not that fancy and flamboyant player as many of us mistake him to be but an efficient figure when it comes to high pressing and linking the midfield to the attack. He is not a traditional winger who is expected to take on players, put in crosses or cut in to score but will say is a hybrid winger/AM who loves to drift into the middle always to link up play
Having him in a team most especially when deployed to the flank gives more advantage to the team in terms of creativity and indirectly gifts the team the luxury of playing with 2 attacking midfielders because of his nature of drifting to the middle to create chances wow..... Everything here is absolutely right. |

TheGoodJoe:
Do not pretend as if you do not get what the bolded meant.
All this while, Lookman was not ready to switch. Probably holding out to see if he had a chance with the English team. As long as he did not produce that request, NFF could not proceed with the switch.
As soon as he sent the request, it was possible to make the switch.
So you can end your campaign that the NFF were the ones delaying the switch. It was Lookman.

Although he is a DM l find it very strange that in 10 seasons he never scored one goal in the league.
These are not the attributes of a player that one will call outstanding.

His career stats isn't really better than most of our wingers that some of us love to criticize for dribbling too much or not scoring enough.. jihday: stop saying nonsense and see this report from the bbc
Having represented England at Under-19, Under-20 and Under-21 level, Lookman will be looking to play for the West African nation in major tournaments like the Africa Cup of Nations and the Fifa World Cup.
But the process to get him to switch international allegiance began in 2020 when the team secretary Dayo Enebi prepared all the required documents on the NFF's part.
However, the application suffered a long delay due to the player's inability to sort out his Nigerian passport aa well as his failure to provide a written request for a change of association in line with Fifa regulations.
Lookman only completed the paperwork this week which enabled the NFF to file a fast track application for his clearance. thank you.. Dude was shouting all over here blaming the NFF |

komekn:
NFF General Secretary, Dr Mohammed Sanusi, in response said: “We sent in the application on Wednesday night after putting all the necessary documentation together. We are happy to receive the approval today.
I said this earlier, a player commits to a new National team, he sends his written letter of change of allegiance/ nationality CONFIRMATION. It is then the duty of the national football association to submit the application after completing all due diligence to FIFA.
Once again Ovie and Ademola made that commitment over three years ago. But the NFF did NOTHING I wonder why ❓ But have been giving false narratives that the English FA is delaying approval. Utter balderdash.
We then have some highly ignorant and misguided individuals promoting that narrative right here.
FYI Ovie and Ademola went on trials for Nigeria U17 but were rejected by the NFF after high recommendations by the coordinator in the UK .
Eberechi Eze made commitment to Nigeria but they left him in the dark for three year's. He then decided to play U21 for England.
The reality is there is no integrity in the NFF add to all that Godfatherism, Nepotism, Corruption, Favouritism and crass Incompetence.
And all this is not surprising to me AT ALL I'm not interested in all these nonsense Epistles you put up here. Can you prove it that Lookman made his commitment 3 years ago? And as for Eze, what was his latest response when he was questioned on his switch of nationality? You just like disgracing yourself here |

JohnBullMySon: In form Chukwueze is better than Lookman?? Have you even watched lookman before bro? Only Moses Simon club performance is par.
Why will you play Iheanacho Osimhen and Dennis inside one pitch sef. Dennis is not even a full winger, like Ronaldo. Iheancho has to make way for a midfielder if you want to use Dennis. However our wing options should be Simon/Dennis/Lookman/Chukwueze.
Dennis is very talented and explosive but for now Lookman has shown more consistency in the EPL. Ill go for him, but it all depends on their performance in training. Lookman has shown more consistency? With how many goals and assists? |
