Me I want Morocco to cheat them too and win o, no be my head the cheating suppose end 😭

Some no-football-knowledged fans go come use the Senegal win start dey talk down on Super Eagles, forgetting how the cheating disrupted our game plan.

The only thing that'll make me support Senegal winning, na if they win on penalties.
Omo na true but I can bear that than to see those cheaters lift the trophy.

I know. It’s the PTSD.

Since a few players returned from injury, (*coughs* Odegaard) Arteta hasn’t been able to find a way to get solid wins

If he can’t solve this issue soon enough….
We're all expectant the guy would change our games and improve us. Shoot? No cross? Iro ni.
Make dem collect armband from him biko.

Berta should do something. Even if na one low budget midfielder from EPL bottom team, I no go mind.

Wen need to do something about our Left Back position. We really need to decide on what we want to do with Lewis-Skelly and bring in a worthy deputy for Calafiori.

Our inability to do something with that wing is frustrating.
One of or both Piero and Cala should be back by next week. We miss Cala.. That guy dey add something to the team.

You seem so pissed and annoyed. It’s justified.

I watched Bruno vs Man City today and just remembered Odegaard I just weak 🤣😂

At that First Half, Odegaard was dispossessed twice in the middle, you know why? He held onto the ball and he kept caressing till he became lost in his thoughts.

We need an upgrade and Odegaard, I hate to say it but it is what it is.

Gyokeres kept playing as if his body was heavy for him. We did not attack centrally because no one was trying to break the low block, I guess Arteta read the game hence why he brought Merino to play those defense splitting passes. (Which was what I enjoyed in Bruno’s game today)

The moment I saw the line up, I lost confidence despite my earlier prediction. Madueke and Martinelli play for themselves not the team, they aren’t the type of players that want to win something for Arsenal, yes they might say it, but when they enter the field they olay it because they just want to play without the Objective in their mind. That’s why you’ll see them keep playing anyhow as if nothing is at stake, especially that Madueke.

We don’t need to win that match vs Inter Milan, we’ve qualified but no, Arteta had to rest Saka and Trosaard.

Like it doesn’t make sense to me, and Jesus should have started while Hervertz comes as a Sub but knowing Arteta he wants to make sure Gyokeres gets his rythym, even at the expense of the team.

Forest has always been a tough away ground for us and kudos to them for holding onto the game.

Saliba and Big Gabi had a good game. Kudos to them too and special shout out to Raya for his decision making at critical moments.
bro.. I was so angry. Our captain is so weak. You know what even pain more? He has a bigger chance to influence games while in middle. Remember he once scored 15 NPGs few seasons back. That should be the season he employed a personal trainer to assist with his shooting. But no, DJ spinner will gum body with Saka on the RW

As for the lineup, I don't think any fan should be surprised about that. With Saka playing against Chelsea, I knew Madueke would start today.

That said, we didn't win today because we missed some chances (Zubi, Martinelli and Gyokeres) . Ok let's agree he made a mistake with that lineup, Saka and Trossard came in and played at least 40 minutes together yet we didn't score. The bulk of the responsibility still rest on the player. They need to show they want it more.

MSGAMBLE9:
Yes it's a dead rubber....We have a 3 points lead on the 2nd and others are on 13 points with superior goal difference even losing the next 2 wouldn't take us off top 4...

He messed up big time, e go pain seeing Saka and the likes starting dead rubber on Tuesday...

Imagine SAF or Mou doing this, No it's will never happen...
SAF didn't have Pep to compete with. Klopp, even with the best of Mane, Salah and Firminho competed for years and won just once. He competed while playing his stars every MDs when they're fit and he still came short even with 90 points.

Just wanna ask. Imagine he started Saka and God forbid o, Saka limped off, would you have cut him some slack?

Ok, he messed up with the starting lineup but he brought on Trossard at half time and Saka at 56th minute, why didn't we score after those two came on?

i still believe we are winning the epl this season but the problem of not capitalising when our competitors fail is a trauma that hurts so much.
I still believe so too but one thing is to believe, another thing is to execute. I don't know how long I can keep the belief.

i love Martinelli more than almost all the other players, but bro Martinelli wasn't it today. Martinelli plays well with jesus on the pitch. I won't leave out Arteta while criticising the players today cus how we starts each match determines to a large extent how we end it. And the forest goal keeper was solid today, let's not take that away. Make I no just talk about Gyokeres today, make I just avoid to talk about am.
Martinelli wey miss sitter... He couldn't beat Aina today as Timber was not overlapping.

As for Gyokeres, he should be given time off to go and reflect. Wetin pain me pass na the number 14 shirt we give am. You no fit score? No problem but at least use your muscle to hold up play.

germaphobe:
Trossard should have started today, that's my opinion. Martinelli is better in ucl cus teams don't usually play low blocks like epl teams in ucl and that gives him space to attack. But overall, the team performance was not good. S/o to sells abi wetin be him name, he made some good saves to deny us goals. Arteta failing to utilise man city's double drop in points is enough reason for any one to get angry. Should Aston villa win tomorrow, it will be 4 points gap. God abeg ooo.
Bro.. Trossard and Timber have been battling with fitness lately. Even Saliba and Gabriel were forced to play while not 100% fit. So I understand why Arteta kept rotating his wingers.

But the Almighty question is what has been the impact of our wingers lately? Like, let's just compare their performance and see how they rank. Trossard would rather dance on the wing for five minutes than cross or shoot.

Ok let's agree he made a mistake with the lineup. At least he brought in Trossard at half time and Saka around 56th minute which means both played roughly 40 minutes. What was their impact biko?

The excuse they used last season to bash the manager was that he's too stubborn by playing without a striker. We don buy striker now... Striker dey drop stinkers but we no hear pim.

I just dey imagine na Sesko we buy. We for don dey hear now say the coach don buy rubbish again. 🤣

Bro, I’m just angry at him for not seizing the opportunity to broaden the point tally whenever the opportunity presents itself

This match isn’t where he should rest any player but that inter match, this match was suppose to be a must WIN

Tbh, Arteta Dey f.uck up joor
There's no how we wan debate this thing, winning today was never his sole responsibility. The players had a bigger role to play and they failed. Martinelli and Zubi converted and Brock Lesnar scored that chance and we would have gone home with 3 points. All happened in the first half with Noni and Martinelli on the pitch

I still don't agree that the fact he rested players made us drew the match. Trossard has not been himself lately and Saka has been ordinary this season.

Arteta needs to start playing Gabriel Jesus ahead of Gyokeres.

Also, something needs to give either Merino will replace Odegaard or Eze ; Odegaard just needs to sit on the bench for a while.
Trossard in midfield. Eze on the wing would be better. Both of them can even rotate. As for Gyokeres, maybe yhe coacj should start playing Merino as CF. We're playing better with that guy while Brock Lesnar was out injured. Merino at CF at least till Kai is fit.

I’ve stated before the match that his line up of madu and Nelli doesn’t inspire confidence and I said I hope we don’t start chasing up to the game and here we are, I had issues with the line up and that’s just it
To be very honest, if he had started Saka and Trossard, a lot of fans would have still blamed him for not rotating. Dem go still bash him say na why players dey get injured be this. Moreso, we had goalscoring chances in the first half which the players didn't utilise.

Now that he brought Saka and Trossard in the second half, did it make any difference? No!

Arteta has his fault but sometimes the players should be called out too.

I guess Arteta is continues to play him in order not to kill his morale (like he did for Havertz back then). Other than that, he's not doing well at all.
He should go and find that morale on the bench please. We don't have time for this nonsense wey he dey do.

That tolotolo guy with armband dey vex me. Make dem dey bully captain off the ball. Baba go carry ball unchallenged from Ikorodu to Island con still carry am back to Ikorodu just to give a 2cm pass. He'll now adjust his hair and armband and jog on.

I just hope Arteta will bring on Gabriel Jesus for him at half time. It seems this is not his day.

He should make way for Jesus who can cause upset in the opposition box with his flair and positioning
Maybe he should start coming in as sub henceforth. Let's see if he'll improve.

They are the ones who actually need him,can match his salary demands and can guarantee him starting place in their first eleven due to their current injury woes.
That's not even my perspective. Your rival making signings like Guehi and Semenyo in January is just scary. Even without these two signings, they're already strong. Fingers crossed.
