MSGAMBLE9: Mosquera has always been good especially when paired with either Saliba or Gabriel so I wasn't surprised, he seems to lack a bit of understanding with Hincapie for now... Hope we can rest Sally and Gabi more going forward, am still of scared the load on Zubi he barely gets any reprieve this season Mosquera and Hincapie will always be our worst CB pairing. Not like both players are not good o. They're good but both do not complement each other. They're of similar profiles - aggressor/marker. Mosquera will fair better with Timber, Saliba or Gabriel. Those three are cool headed and calm. But everything about Hincapie screams chaos 🤣. So when you have two aggressors playing CB for you, everywhere will be chaotic. |

Esposito came in yesterday and was getting the better of Mosquera. Gabriel XXL enter field and Esposito disappeared.
Rice came in and the midfield shut down. As a fan, it's normal to long for trophy. But the joy and excitement these players are giving me eh, I hope universe smile on them.
We need trophies. Plenty trophies |

Mikel Arteta: “Mosquera is supposed to be another two weeks before coming back, but the medical staff and the sports scientists, they've done incredibly well with him to work every single hour to give him the chance to play.
“Today (vs Inter Milan) he had to play against top strikers, I think he's done an incredible job.”

Tho I agree he should be playing closer to our box when we are defending Sha Yea.. Agreed |

Mosquera has the frame and height. He just need to 'fill up'. He should be careful though. He shouldn't bulk up too much so he doesn't lose his agility and pace. |

It's like Merino and Gyokeres will swap positions. Merino has been dropping stinkers in midfield lately. Maybe he should just stick to playing striker.
BTW, Eze is losing ball too much |

Odunayaw: Everyone can reasonably argue for their position on this thing.
The expected reaction from the Moroccans is proof on one hand, the unexpected reaction from Senegal (though I saw one of them jump for joy) is proof for the other.
I am not able to fit that picture of altruism with the Moroccan team.
It fits for me that the level of tension generated in that scenario informed the natural human response to take the safest option — down the middle. You just summed up everything with your response here. There are contradictory reactions from both sides that fit different narratives. Senegal players not celebrating favours the stance that Diaz missed deliberately. Diaz weeping and Moroccoan players showing disappointment favours the stance that Diaz didn't miss deliberately. What I think is Diaz just chose to lose the penalty as fair play without consulting his teammates. Maybe he did whisper something to one of the Senegal players (Mane maybe) about losing the PK. |

But he will still be permitted to be in the Senegalese technical area during the World Cup, as the ban only applies to CAF-organized matches The way the hate watch was successful yesterday, if Senegal FA opened GoFundMe, the money will probably complete within days. JS BTW what's CAF doing about the towel incidence or they are letting that slide? |

So few arsenal fans on X are discussing about that Diaz PK yesterday. Someone said if any Arsenal player tried that in a UCL semi, he might kpai himself.
Another person said, Gyokeres is the best candidate to take such PK. I quite agree. Brock Lesnar has the better shot power |
