How to prepare it for easy delivery

(1). Gather this leaf, preferably the fresh one, wash it very Properly
(2). Add little water, Squeeze it properly and filter it to get the juice.
(3). Drink it without adding anything.

��Other Method of preparation

� Some people prefer the cook one with locust beans without adding salt, and they will take half cup as a dosage but is not as good as the one you prepare with water and take raw.

�‍♀�‍♀Note.
1. Please, this is not meant for 2 to 6 month pregnancy. The leaf may not have the potential acid to terminate pregnant but it can sanction the baby to come prematurely.

habbeyoluwa you can also try to stimulate your nipples by rubbing both palm on your nipple in a circular motion

I hardly sleep this days, don't know if its anxiety or something. Thinking I would have dropped LO since weeks back is frustrating me .. I have a lot to do, and seriously need my prince to come forth.. Have been walking and taking pineapple, even dates.. Just this morning have danced and dance from songs played and ones played in my head.. What can I do, am 40weeks tomoa oo, hubby as begged him to come so he can eat proper meal lol.

blending ewedu, cook it then drink like 5 people testify about it someone said she was 5cm dilated after taking the ewedu because the contraction started hitting her and her baby came out same day
maybe you want to try this but i will surely do this once i hit 37weeks with long trek

we were told at the clinic to allow how hubby do his job well so has to help baby come on time also that the sperm contain one thing sha me i cant remember that it helps the passage where the baby comes out from

so here is my question what is the likelihood of avoiding infection if flesh to flesh is allowed because me i no dey allow without protection since this ministry has started just once or twice
what should i do me i'm scared of any possibility of infection so that it wont affect baby?/

Abeg sabi mamas,dr kaffy can i start taking pineapple from 36weeks because me i dont fancy all this long thing oooo anytime as soon as 37week is fine by me managing banking job waking as early as possible to resume work and getting home like 7:30 8pm and still cook atime is not a small combo at all
like seriously i cant wait to start my leave but i will try my best till i'm due before i stop working so as to enjoy my leave welll

I just can't thank God enough ,my water broke at 4:45am June 22nd ,didn't even feel any contraction at all before water broke,I went to check my hospital bag to see if nothing is missing so I won't leave anything behind, I started doing exercise and drinking hot water,didn't go to the hospital immediately, was still at home ,at 4pm in the evening the contraction increased, just took my bag and off to the hospital, when I got to the hospital I was checked and was fully dilated, so the nurses told me I can push when I feel like pushing, anytime I feel like pushing I kept pooing on the bed,it wasn't easy as a FTM I don't

know how to push that was what I kept telling the nurses ,they kept laughing at me ,it got to a stage the pushing process wasn't coming again, they just told me they have to induce me,they gave me drip and injection, immediately the drip entered my body I started having frequent urge to push ,God did it for me,within 40 minutes I heard the cry of my baby ,God did it for me without collecting a dime,I'm seeing my princess now and I'm always happy.

Are you up to 28weeks? If yes you can start if no then please hold on till 28wks
apply coconut oil on your nipple and breast area let it stay for 15min then wash it off after with mild soap and water
Thereafter, dry it then apply another oil by picking out your nipple gently so that it will come out well and easy for baby to suck also if the nipple is anteverted it will shapen better

mamas having issues with breast milk production... I read things like wheat pap, acha pudding... fenugreek powder or oil... pap..fish pepper soup.. moringa tea et c

As for the nipple the first day i started cleaning my nipple i was shocked like what!!!!! so this is what our men are sucking if not for baby preparation it wouldnt have occur to clean nipple thoroughly like that, even despite cleaning every day since 28weeks by the time i massage with coconut oil and pick out the nipple i still see black thing sha
For lactation i hope to lactate immediately after delivery oooooo because i now enjoy taking pap i just hope their are other things that could help lactate faster before baby arrival

i'm trusting God for more strength as i plan to go to work till baby comes so as to enjoy my leave well

As you buy baby clothes please no mind the sizes tag on them but open them to check ooo. You can use your body size and that of Dh to know whether you will have big and tall baby or average baby.


The 0-3 months bodysuit (coverall ) I bought for my boy was tight for him by length right from birth. Then I started wearing him 3-6months from 2 weeks, now we are yet to complete 2 months and they are tight for him too.

I prayed to God just for my dad to wait till my baby was born, and now I got the shocker of my life after everyone lied to me about it... My dad is no more, I promised him 3days back to bring my baby to see him, for him to just hold on after all he was not sick.. Life took away the man who means so much to my life...
