I gave birth to my twin princesses on the 9th of May via elective C/S.
Mummy, babies and daddy are doing great. To God be the glory.
Congrats to my fellow team May mamas that have delivered. I’m so emotional at the moment, I cannot really believe it’s now a reality. May God almighty make it easy for all the mamas here on this thread.

I took in a month after my wedding. It was a stress free pregnancy journey as if I wasn't pregnant
At 37 weeks, I started bleeding which after the scan Dr
. said there is no issue of concern.


On Monday 6th, at about 9 pm I started having severe pelvic pain as if I were to pee and poo at the same time and anytime it comes I reach to the loo but just few drops of urine will come out.

As the frequency increased, dh insisted that we head to the hospital against my which of waiting till morning. Getting there, after examination the nurse asked me whether I wanted to give birth at home? This was happening around 11pm.

Contraction was now coming on and off and I was placed on IV. Menh that was something else. The two nurses were puking hand inside me to check and won't tell me how I was progressing. Was later asked to enter favour room and was given injection on my thigh which made me vomited everything in my system.

After much ado, they raptures the membrane and I went to the other side and returned. After four pushes with a cut bobo came out screaming. The stitching is another bad experience. I asked them to give me shot down there that will make the place numb but they claimed that the second injection given to me on the other thigh was for that purpose but I know they were lying anywhere.

The time of birth was some minutes past 3 am. Mad people the wall clock inside there wasn't working in a Military hospital ooo.

In all these I return all the Glory to the Most High God.

These journey won't be this fun without you all my amazing mamas, may the Lord bless you all.

My May wonder mamas yet to born, yours will be much easier than mine in Jesus name. Amen.

If bottles you mean feeding bottles, i bought mine inside idumota market in one plaza like that. Please be very careful there's one lane of shops in idumota where they sell baby things with juju!!! Don't be surprised ooo my twin was a victim. She spent 90k in one of the shops and went to the market with Ghana must tgo bag only for her to get home, she started looking for the stuff she bought for 90k. She go market again ooo with her eyes wide open and never went back to that place again. Please be careful ooo

When you're due to deliver a baby or in labour. Pls take a birthing partner with you, did you hear me?
Take a birthing partner with you.

Study the hospital exit doors and put a name to the faces of the nurses.

Secondly, tell the nurses that you don't want your baby to be taken away from the delivery room. Once they cut the umbilical cord hold your baby jen jen..... I know the pains! I know every, but hold the baby jen jen.... Never let go.

Thirdly, if you're having CS, pls take a birthing partner with you, tell the doctor you don't want the nurses to wash the baby. Tell your doctor to hand over the baby to your birthing partner.

Washing of new baby is not compulsory in UK. The midwives in UK don't wash the baby that day. Nne don't panic.

In Lagos, my friend sister gave birth to a baby boy this morning, she saw her baby and made a mental note of her baby, while the midwife went away with the baby to wash the baby, she came back with a baby girl that looked like a two weeks old baby girl.

But God we serve was awake....the nurse mistakenly came back with wrapper that is not hers.... And they found out the baby had this local tangerine(local eye liner) in her eyes which means the baby is not her baby. All her scans has shown it's a boy they were expecting.

Her husband was first to spot the eye tangerine and gave the nurse a sound slap to produce his baby. He called his elder brother who is a lawyer in Lagos to come with people.... Within 20 minutes his brother and their friends has filled the hospital. The nurse said is the matron that asked her to replace the baby with the baby in the Chief matron office. The matron is denying telling the junior nurse anything.

The matron was given a beating of her life now. They are involving police and must go to court. The doctor on duty is claiming innocent....Her baby has been returned to her. They are home now.

Dear women: As you dey push your baby, biko don't start crying and leave your baby with nurses. Endure the pains and tell them to hand over your baby that you want to bond with the baby first.

Tell them to leave your baby with you that you don't want to wash your baby. If possible conduct DNA before leaving the hospital, just to make sure you're taking your real baby home.

The waddling is not easy ooo. TT injection completed. First round of shopping done today with my Mum. Shopping for twins is not easy rara, but I'm happy I'm doing it.

Pls I need tips from those who have been pregnant with twins before. To find a comfortable position to sleep ehn, na job. These days I get full after little food tho I ate shege in the early weeks.

Hello house am sorry am here to rant hopefully I get relieved after the ranting bcus am so angry and sad at the same time right now
Today will be the first worst day experience I’ve ever had in general hospital,am so sure will get more bad days there with the look of things.hibby said I shld register wit general and private hospital I’ve been using private hospital from the onset so I decide to start the general hospital process my God.its tiring from blood donation booking tfu day.on donation day,full day..due to the fact that am having some malaria symptoms decide to go today in other time see a doctor so as to prescribe appropriate drug for me(no be say I no knw wetin I for use oo$) my sisters I got to the hospital 9am then this walking about starts from emergency to anc to records back to anc yhey kept on tossing me around the insults on me when ever I ask question my headache tripled my malaria increases...,mothers I left the hospital 6:30pm without seeing any doctor to attend me...Doctors around work with aggression.cleaners got awards in insulting patients.oh my day was ruined.now I’ve taken my obrone 6 shower and kiss my bed and sleep..
