As a young girl, the society influenced her to believe that being a model and a pageant is one of the things every beautiful girl should try. Chidinma, being beautiful with a slender body fit for the business of Modelling did not only get busy with her new found career but also got over passionate about it. She met friends, met colleagues, found new cliques and belonged to the tribe of classical models, she saw herself waxing strong and coming up high.

In a bid of becoming much more successful, Chidinma and some other pageants got lured into acting an amateur lesbian pornography. I believe whoever lured them to this did it with a promise of making them great models and never getting to leak the video. I also believe that this has not being the first time pageants undergo such... Yes, I so much believe that so many celebrated models have always gotten involved in one mess or another just in a bid of coming out victorious especially in South East Nigeria.

Chidinma Okeke became Miss Anambra in 2015, an event powerfully organised by the Anambra Broadcasting Service. This new victory brought Chidinma to the top of the game, made her name famous and gave her lots of opportunities. She has been on international trip, big occasions which involved political events. Chidinma have been with Miss Korea, Miss Thailand, Miss Indonesia, Miss Intercontinental and others in Germany where she represented Nigeria on an official event. She launched Queen Chidinma Okeke Foundation with which she have reached to the less privileged under the support of big names like, NTA, ABS, Capital Oil, Anambra State Government, APGA and lots more.

And then, her problem started.

Not so long, Queen Chidinma started dealing with the issue of her past. Someone who we don't know got hold of the pornography she acted or perhaps this person was part of her clique who got issues with her. Since then, Queen Chidinma has been dealing with blackmail! She kept paying money to have this dirty side of her get sealed off forever... She used to be a good girl, she is still a good girl but there is always that dirty side of everybody and hers happened to be what the society and tradition has been forced to think as more sin than the others.

What we don't know is if Chidinma has refused to continue dishing out money to the blackmailer or if things went wrong somewhere and the blackmailer reached her sponsors with the video. Queen Chidinma was silently dethroned and the crown of Miss Anambra was quietly taken from her and she ceased to be Miss Anambra since 11th October, 2016. One of the reasons why this was done was to also protect the name of the companies that has been sponsoring her.
As if that was not enough, the blackmailers who parade themselves as 'the leakers' uploaded the first video on various social media platforms. Because it was x-rated, Facebook and YouTube had those videos removed from their platforms while the videos have remained on the free Data Host server where all forms of data could be hosted without being monitored.

In order to save her face, the shame and even possibly from the law, Miss Chidinma came to her Instagram page and denied being the one in the video. She claimed it was superimposed into an already existing video. This she did, not because she is an unrepentant sinner but because she wants to protect herself. Not long, a second video was uploaded, she removed her denial from Instagram and perhaps is set to apologise to the public.

And now... lots of people are spewing abuses, curses and all manner of things on Miss Chidinma not knowing that this is a battle this young girl and various other persons has been facing in a long time now. Yes, they acted a video on lesbianism, we wouldn't have known about it if it was not leaked and nothing would have happened if we never knew! Now that we know... Should we fold our hands and see our own girl get ruined? Should we fold our hands simply because she did something very bad and watch some jealous, stupid, callous and wicked idiots finish her up?

It is time we all close our eyes to that videos, it is time we collectively stand up in one voice and speak up against blackmail! Yes! You are wondering why you should stand with her right? But, are you anyway better? Many of us have slept with others simply because of money... She is not the worst, she has not done the worst, she did not kill anybody... Yes, she did not! Many have committed abortion, many have even killed their babies, many have practiced homosexual affair for money! But because they were not played in public, they feel they are better! We have no right to continue supporting this people who wants to see Miss Chidinma dead!

The next thing they would do is target her life, get her killed and then tell us she committed suicide! Chidinma still has a promising future, her life is not yet destroyed and believe me... No matter how this video lingers into the future, she must have proven to the world that the person in the video is not who she has grown to be.

Yes, perhaps this would teach us lessons... But what lessons? That our so called friends may be waiting for a day to finish us up!

I have tried my best to see this whole thing from other people's perception... But believe me, I can still see only one thing... A heart that needs comfort, a devastated being that needs a shoulder to lean on! We need to stand up now... Please, where ever you are, whoever you are... Join me and other sweet souls to speak against the blackmailers, those who delight in destroying someone because of her mistake.
This is not just a fight against Chidinma, it is a fight against wickedness!

Condemnation on Tuesday greeted the comments by former President Goodluck Jonathan that a former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd,), did not steal $2.1bn contrary to the accusation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, currently prosecuting the ex-NSA.

Jonathan had stated that it was inconceivable to say that Dasuki stole $2.2bn, contending that his government, where Dasuki served as the NSA, bought warships, aircraft and a lot of equipment for the military during the period.



Dasuki, who has been in detention since mid-2015, is being prosecuted by the EFCC for alleged diversion of arms fund, totalling $2.1bn.

Jonathan argued that it would not be right to say that $2.2bn was stolen with the equipment and arms bought by his administration when he delivered a lecture on Youth Entrepreneurship at the Oxford Union in the United Kingdom on Tuesday.

Jonathan, in a statement by an Abuja-based public relations outfit, the PR Nigeria, said he had kept quiet to allow the court to handle the ongoing prosecution of the former NSA so as not to be seen as a former President challenging a sitting administration.

But the Presidency called on Jonathan to allow the court to decide the fate of his former NSA.

When asked to react to the comment, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, said the courts should be allowed to decide the matter which he said was subjudice.

“The matter is subjudice. Let the courts decide,” the presidential spokesman said.

The All Progressives Congress and the Senator Ali Modu Sheriff led faction of the PDP, a party the ex-President belongs to, also asked him to allow the court to do its job in the trial of Dasuki and other suspects, accused of benefiting from the arms cash diversion.

The former President admitted that while it was true that there were some corruption cases during his administration, some of the cases were exaggerated.

Jonathan said, “They said the National Security Adviser (Sambo Dasuki) stole $2.2bn. I don’t believe somebody can just steal $2.2 billion.

‘‘We bought warships, we bought aircraft, we bought lots of weapons for the Army and so on and so forth and you are still saying $2.2bn (was stolen). So, where did we get the money to buy all those things?

“One thing about the issue of corruption is that these matters are in court. Let’s allow some of these processes to end. Lately, some judges’ homes were also invaded. There are so many things involved and we have to follow up these matters to conclusion before we know the fact.

“Yes, there were some issues. Yes, there are still corruption issues but some of it were over blown; I would say exaggerated, and they give a very bad impression about our nation. You cannot say the national security adviser stole $2.2bn. It is not just possible.”

Also, the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Mr. Timi Frank, urged Jonathan to assist Dasuki to make his case in court.

Frank said it was not enough for the ex-President to say his former NSA didn’t steal the $2.1bn, but it would be more appropriate to assist in the investigation and prosecution of the case.

He said, “First, I wonder why it took former President Jonathan such a long time to speak out. Why now? If Colonel Dasuki is as clean as he wants us to believe, it would be nice if he can assist his former NSA to prove his case in court.

“The courts deal with evidence; let them prove their case.”

Allow Dasuki face his trial, PDP faction tells Jonathan

In a similar vein, a faction of the PDP under the leadership of Senator Ali Modu Sheriff, asked Jonathan to allow Dasuki to face his trial.

The PDP said it was happy that neither Dasuki nor any other suspects claimed that they gave part of the money under investigation to it during the last general elections.

Spokespersons for the Sheriff-led faction of the party, Mr. Bernard Mikko, stated this in an interview with one of our correspondents on Tuesday.

Mikko stated, “We don’t want to take issue with the former President on this matter, but we will want to say that the suspect and others like him, should be allowed to face their trial.

“Let the court determine if they are culpable or not. It is not our duty to defend or castigate anyone.

“It is also gratifying to know that none of these suspects has said he or she paid money to the PDP. So, we don’t have issues with that.”

Ex-President preparing ground for his defence –CACOL

The Executive Chairman of Coalition Against Corrupt Leaders, Mr. Debo Adeniran, said the comments of Jonathan was a way of preparing for his own defence when he was eventually called to question.

Adeniran added, “I am not surprised that the former President made such a statement because he has always demonstrated his ignorance of how much malfeasance took place under his watch.

“He was the chief accounting officer of that regime and believed that all fingers are pointing in his direction, because most of those that have confessed to sharing in the loot have mentioned one way or the other that he (Jonathan) gave approval for the money they expended, the latest of which is Obanikoro and Fani-Kayode.

“He knew that eventually, it will get to him, that was why he was saying that it was not possible for Dasuki to steal $2.1bn, even when he saw people moving more than $9m to South Africa under a non-conventional guise for buying arms and he saw the revelations that even some of his ministers went away with more than $20bn.

“He was just saying that to prepare the ground for his own defence, maybe, when eventually he is called to answer questions. Basically, it’s just a kind of drowning man clutching to the available straw.”

As about two million eligible voters in Edo State go to the polls today, the All Progressives Congress and the opposition Peoples Democratic Party have continued to trade blame on the alleged plot of some officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission to compromise the credibility of the exercise.

The PDP on Tuesday accused the APC government of Governor Adams Oshiomhole and the electoral umpire of allegedly inducing election supervisors to compromise the outcome of the poll in nine out of the 18 local government areas.

Nehikhare, who also alleged that the results of the affected areas had “been written”, ready for announcement on Wednesday (today), vowed that the PDP and its supporters would resist with “the last drop of their blood” any attempt to switch election results.

He stated, “It has come to our attention that INEC and the state government have seriously compromised the election that is going to take place tomorrow (Wednesday). People involved in this conspiracy are those that have leaked this information to the PDP and to us to act very fast.

“She (INEC official) has been sharing N2m to supervisors in at least nine local government areas of Edo State.

“What they have done is that they have written results for the nine local government (areas) on behalf of the APC. These results are being held by the supervisors and the collation officers at a point where they plan to switch the results with the real ones at the local government level once the election is done.”

Attempts by our correspondent to reach the spokesperson for INEC in Edo State, Mrs. Priscilla Imoudu-Sule, were unsuccessful as she neither return calls by The PUNCH nor responded to a text message sent to her as of the time of filing this report.

The Edo State Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Mr. Kassim Afegbua, denied the rigging allegations by the PDP.

He said, “There is nothing like that. They should go and face their election and forget all these issues of name-calling and making false allegations.”

Also, the state Chairman of the APC, Anselm Ojezua, described the claim as a figment of the imagination of the PDP.

Ojezua said, “That is a figment of their own imagination. They have lost the election already. I’m the state Chairman of the APC. I have been in my home area for three days. So, what time will I have to go and talk about bribing INEC?

“If anything at all, it is the PDP people that know the INEC people. After all, most of these INEC officers were employed during the PDP government. We have trained our agents and they are determined to be very vigilant.

“The truth is that all the plans the PDP made to create havoc in Edo State have virtually failed. All the efforts they have made to manipulate the process have also failed. They can now see that there is nothing other than the true transparent process that will give us result in this election.”

Meanwhile, the Nigeria Civil Society Situation Room has called on the political parties participating in the Wednesday governorship election to conduct themselves in a manner that would not encourage violence by their supporters.

The NCSSR stated that the parties would be held liable for their supporters’ activities that triggered violence during the poll.

The NCSSR is made up of over 70 civil society groups taking part in the monitoring of the governorship election.

Addressing journalists in Benin on Tuesday, the Convener, Mr. Clement Nwankwo, said election observers had been deployed in the 18 local government areas of the state for the election.

Referring to a statement by INEC that it was ready for the election, Nwankwo said the Situation Room would hold the electoral umpire accountable for conduct of the exercise.

He explained that the group would look out for INEC’s early distribution and deployment of personnel; timely opening of poll; knowledge of procedures by personnel; voting procedures, particularly the efficacy of the Smart Card Readers; and the collation process, which he said had always been a source of concern.

Nwankwo, while describing the security arrangement for the election as “really very positive”, however, said Situation Room’s observation of the performance of the security agencies would include the exercise of restraint in dealing with voters and avoidance of acts of intimidation, inappropriate use of force, and other acts capable of undermining the electoral process.

Among other aspects the Situation Room would observe, he said, included the actual presence and deployment of personnel, reflective of the 25,000 personnel said to have been deployed by the security agencies for the election; and the welfare of security personnel during and after the election.

In a related development, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps says it has deployed about 15,250 personnel in Edo State to ensure a hitch-free voting in the governorship poll.

The acting Deputy Commandant-General in charge of Operations, Hillary Madu, who disclosed this on Tuesday, while addressing some officers of the corps in Benin, explained that the personnel comprised 15,000 armed and unarmed officers.

Madu noted that 250 others were drawn from the specialised units of the NSCDC, including the special weapon and tactics unit, kernel unit, counter-terrorism unit, undercover officers and others.

He, however, said the corps would work in collaboration with other security agencies across the 18 local government areas, adding that some flashpoints had been identified.

He warned individuals and groups planning to cause violence or interfere with the poll to have a rethink as there would be no sacred cow.

Reps PDP caucus demands free poll

Also, the PDP caucus in the House of Representatives has urged INEC to ensure nothing short of free, fair and credible election in Edo State.

The leader of the caucus, Mr. Leo Ogor, said this while speaking to journalists in Abuja on Tuesday.

He described Wednesday’s election as a litmus test for the commission as well as the APC-led Federal Government on its commitment to credible polls.

He alleged that there was a plot by the ruling APC, working in cahoots with some INEC officials, to rig the poll.

Ogor added, “We call for a free and fair election and nothing short of that. We urge INEC, as an independent and unbiased umpire, to forestall these evil arrangements and uphold its integrity.

“The issues raised therein should be taken seriously and acted upon by  civil society, the Nigerian public and the press to give credibility to the electoral process.”

He alleged among other things that INEC “surreptitiously, and in conjunction with the APC”, compiled names of persons sympathetic to APC to superintend over the election and skew it in favour of the ruling party.

Ogor also claimed that as part of the plot, members of staff of INEC, earlier trained and listed for the election, were replaced with persons from a “particular part of the country on the pretext that most persons from the South-South were sympathetic to the PDP.

Ogor added, “There is an arrangement to issue sensitive materials, particularly result sheets and incident forms, to the APC before the election to enable them to originate, take results and submit same with the assistance of security men, who will be deployed in the state from Abuja to act as conveyors into the collation centres and same shall be declared by their compromised returning officers at the police stations and other collation centres under police protection.”

The Deputy National Chairman (South) of the APC, Mr. Segun Oni, said the APC was focused and was poised to win the election because of the party’s track record of performance.

“We will win the election convincingly. By Thursday God willing, Nigerians will join the people of Edo State in celebration,” Oni, a former Ekiti State governor, said.

We were meant to hate Jonathan with our spirit, soul and body. Infact, Igbos living in the North were very very lucky. They escaped death by the whiskers through the victory of Baba.

Had Baba lost, my brothers where already on standby waiting for instructions to lynch any pig from the South.

I was personally in the situation room as things unfold. I felt for the Igbos then. I really pitied them. I knew that my brothers in the North had been brain washed but I dare not speak.

I sighed in relief when Baba was declared the winner and my brothers where told to relax, that they should go to the streets and celebrate.

That was how the bloodshed was averted to the glory of Allah. I knew something was really wrong with my brothers.

Kano gave Buhari the highest vote. It was massively rigged in his favour. That was why the INEC officer in charge of Kano was burnt alive with his family after the election to cover up the rigging. I wept for my people.

Now what are we seeing? Baba has abandoned us. My brothers in the North are dying every day of hunger. Prices of things are so high, we can't even eat three square meal a day.

My Northern Elders are not worried. They are only after power remaining in the North. Not only that, my concern now is what is about to come. They have already planned on how to deal with the Niger Deltans.

Of course you are aware that all the military personnel and weapons have been deployed in Niger Delta.

They are planning to use the Leaders of MEND to penetrate the creeks. Their only fear now is that IRAN and Russia are behind the Niger Delta Avengers.

They have also contacted Jonathan trying to make him sign an agreement that will further enslave the Niger Deltans but Jonathan refused. So Baba is very angry with Jona and will do everything possible to silence the Niger Delta Avengers.

As am typing now, Niger Delta has been rounded up militarily. Magnus Abe, Rotimi Amaechi, APC chairman and the leaders of MEND are in the master plan.

As for Biafrans, you people are very lucky. Buhari and my Northern Elders knew that Nnamdi Kanu has already created the awareness for you people.

So they are planning now to cut South South out of Biafra so that only the five Eastern states can go with their Biafra. Nnamdi Kanu will soon be released but they want to perfect the exclusion of South South from your Biafra.

*We know that one Nigeria is just because of Oil.* Wallahi, had it been we were the ones with the oil, Nigeria would have divided since.

Please let your brothers not protest again because Baba will kill again. Nnamdi Kanu's release is very soon but they are just making sure Niger Delta is cut off from your proposed Biafra.

You people should not think that there will be anything like 2019 election, Baba will use Biafra issue as an excuse to postpone the election.

South East has already been declared as Biafra, so don't expect any federal government project in your region. You have been written off already.

My advice is that you should continue to create awareness both nationally and internationally. Don't relent even though Biafra is very close.

Last month I attended my annual training session that's required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session, there was presentations by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim who each explained their beliefs.

I was particularly interested in what the Islamic had to say. So, the Muslim gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers.
When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Muslim and asked:

'Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the
infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?'

There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation,
he replied, 'Non-believers!'

I then responded. So, let me make sure I have this straight ie. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven. Is that correct?'

The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar. 'He sheepishly replied, 'Yes.'

I then stated, 'Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine the Pope can command all Catholics to kill those of your faith or in addition, Dr Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in heaven!'

Good Evening Biafrans,

My name is Musa Abdullah from Kano state. I studied at Lagos state University and presently working with Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil.

Due to my education, I have been enlightened as to the happenings in Nigeria. We in the North voted for Buhari because he is our brother.

We wanted power to return to the North. We knew he cannot fix anything in Nigeria. In our mosques, they always taught us to make sure we remove that infidel call Jonathan.

We were meant to hate Jonathan with our spirit, soul and body. Infact, Igbos living in the North were very very lucky. They escaped death by the whiskers through the victory of Baba.

Had Baba lost, my brothers where already on standby waiting for instructions to lynch any pig from the South.

I was personally in the situation room as things unfold. I felt for the Igbos then. I really pitied them. I knew that my brothers in the North had been brain washed but I dare not speak.

I sighed in relief when Baba was declared the winner and my brothers where told to relax, that they should go to the streets and celebrate.

That was how the bloodshed was averted to the glory of Allah. I knew something was really wrong with my brothers.

Kano gave Buhari the highest vote. It was massively rigged in his favour. That was why the INEC officer in charge of Kano was burnt alive with his family after the election to cover up the rigging. I wept for my people.

Now what are we seeing? Baba has abandoned us. My brothers in the North are dying every day of hunger. Prices of things are so high, we can't even eat three square meal a day.

My Northern Elders are not worried. They are only after power remaining in the North. Not only that, my concern now is what is about to come. They have already planned on how to deal with the Niger Deltans.

Of course you are aware that all the military personnel and weapons have been deployed in Niger Delta.

They are planning to use the Leaders of MEND to penetrate the creeks. Their only fear now is that IRAN and Russia are behind the Niger Delta Avengers.

They have also contacted Jonathan trying to make him sign an agreement that will further enslave the Niger Deltans but Jonathan refused. So Baba is very angry with Jona and will do everything possible to silence the Niger Delta Avengers.

As am typing now, Niger Delta has been rounded up militarily. Magnus Abe, Rotimi Amaechi, APC chairman and the leaders of MEND are in the master plan.

As for Biafrans, you people are very lucky. Buhari and my Northern Elders knew that Nnamdi Kanu has already created the awareness for you people.

So they are planning now to cut South South out of Biafra so that only the five Eastern states can go with their Biafra. Nnamdi Kanu will soon be released but they want to perfect the exclusion of South South from your Biafra.

*We know that one Nigeria is just because of Oil.* Wallahi, had it been we were the ones with the oil, Nigeria would have divided since.

Please let your brothers not protest again because Baba will kill again. Nnamdi Kanu's release is very soon but they are just making sure Niger Delta is cut off from your proposed Biafra.

You people should not think that there will be anything like 2019 election, Baba will use Biafra issue as an excuse to postpone the election.

South East has already been declared as Biafra, so don't expect any federal government project in your region. You have been written off already.

My advice is that you should continue to create awareness both nationally and internationally. Don't relent even though Biafra is very close.
