I know this guy too, he usually cleans windscreen at Olaiya junction in Osogbo, Osun State. He has cleaned my windscreen several times while waiting for streetlight to pass me. At times, I give him the little I have and at times I call him to take small change even without cleaning my screen.

This question is this: Can facial concrete (I'm not sure if I got the name right) be a load on a building?

By facial concrete, I mean the concrete design that is usually done to modern buildings before placing a roof on the building.

Can this concrete lead to building collapse?

Going by the low quality of building materials we have these days especially blocks, I am just somehow confused about the facial concrete stuff.

I know it beautifies the builiding a lot but what danger does it pose?

I can see that you are really a monster. How can you wish a whole lot of people dead because they decided to cheer their governor?

Salaries are not being paid, its a fact and it is not acceptable but I'm sure you are aware that it's not only Osun state that owe workers' salaries. Even some PDP controlled states owe their workforce.

I am not a politician, I live in Osun state and Aregbe is still the governor I know and prefers.

Let all these states debt issues be resolved, you will beg to come and live in Osun state. I'm sure of that.

Please what I can do to make my baby's teeth white again, the teeth is turning brownish.

He is 1 year 7 months with just 8 teeth, I normally use cotton wool and baby's milk-teeth toothpaste to brush for him. This is because I felt toothbrush might be too hard on his gums.

Though he took some antibiotics about 2 weeks ago but I am no longer comfortable with the colours of teeth. It is turning brownish.

What can I do please? I want to be seeing those bright, white teeth again.

My younger brother who was posted to Benue State and asked to return home for Stream 2 because of the mix up in Benue Camp has just been robbed NOW on the Benin Expressway while coming back home.

He was disposssessed of all his belongings, credentials inclusive.

Please what can we do? Also, can he still be redeployed to SW here because i'm not comfortable with him going back to that place for any stream 2.

I am a working class single lady and I will be getting married in less than a year from now. I have a guy whose attitude, character, disposition to life, etc anyone would desire but I happen to earn much more than him since I have a good and stable job unlike him. This however has NEVER caused any issue between us.

I just bought 2 plots of land and the documentation needs to be done.

Where I am confused is, do I make these documents bear my name since I'm not married to him yet or should the document carry our names since we are getting married soonest?

He is fully aware of the transaction and was not against the land acquisition. I want to be safe and at the same time I want him to feel it that what belongs to one belongs to the other.

What is your advice to me please? I need to see my lawyer for the documents SOON.
