If they are, we will negotiate favorable payment and shipping terms. If they are not, you will have to get another supplier. What happens after that? Do You run a shipping company or do your clients Pay some charges? |

pembisco: I think they just want to maintain the relevance of the profession. I don't really know sha...but I believe even you will admit that the profession is becoming something else. They just want to tell us that for you to be called to bar, you have to be tighten your belt and be serious. I've seen barristers that cannot even make good statements, they dress like touts and know next to nothing about the law. The elders in the profession are not happy about this. Now, this news headline will force the upcoming law students to be serious. truth be told, those that passed get two heads ni? I think there is a set standard for being called to bar which every lawyer passed through. I am totally in support of maintaining that standard to the last bit, but raising the standard Just to deter upcoming capable lawyers is what I do not support. It is selfish and frustrating. There is a différence between raising and maintaining a standard. |

pembisco: my dad, who is s federal high court judge told me that the judges are complaining over increasing number of unemployed barristers on the street, that it is making the noble profession looks ordinary and with time, people will start disrespecting the profession by the time barristers start settling for meager jobs to make ends meet. they blamed the universities and particularly the law school for graduating barristers higher than the law stipulated for them. may be this mass failure is connected to this. ..just saying sha This is selfishness on the side of the judges. Does that mean others should not study law Just because There are plenty lawyers around? |

There are few genuine car deals on OLX but over 90% is fraudulent.
This is how they operate; they post the car with very low price to entice the victim. After negotiation, they Will promise to deliver the car to your house before payment. While on their way to your house, a problem Will come up That Will require You to send like 20k for settlement. The moment You send the cash, the deal ends. |

qstar: Whatever that means.
It is apparent from your posts that you have been indoctrinated with the dubious and nefarious notion of "god-did-it". It's pathetic; averagely, education can't cure it People amuse me when they think they could be too educated to be Christians. World education was mostly spread by Christian missionaries. That means God had plans of getting you educated from the onset, how then do you think you could be too educated to accept Him? You are just unfortunate, you benefited from His education scheme but isn't yet opportune to meet him in person. |

Its not abt 4giving or not 4giving just dat we learn 4rm mistakes&i learnt d hard way. I don't see how trusting no one is going to help. It will only make you loose out on many opportunities. This is where you need God.
I trust people not because I know they can't hurt me but because I trust God to keep me safe if they decide to do so.
Should they eventually hurt me, I still trust God for fast healing of the pain and making great good out of the bad. You see, my trust for people is hinged on my trust in God. I will stop trusting people the day I stop trusting God, and I don't see that happening soon. |
Sports › Re: Do You Still Say Keshi Should Go ? by mployer(m): 5:50am On Oct 16, 2014 |
Afam4eva: Nigerian fans are probably the most emotionally driven fans in the world. They change their minds willy-nilly without doing some logical assessment on the subject matter. keshi has always been an above average coach which is a pass mark in my opinion but that does not make him a world class coach by any standard. His previous outing for several African countries were moderate but not fantastic. His greatest achievement was qualifying an African team for a world cup against other African teams, not European, South American or Asian teams. The truth is that African football is still in the dark ages and does not require any form of gargantuan coaching skills to win. In Africa, you can bulldoze your way into winning any competition and when you eventually play countries from other continents, your weaknesses starts to show. I shuddered at how Keshi's rankings increased after the world cup. Not that it's not normal for a coach who won a major competition to be praised but we did so without properly analyzing the idiosyncrasies of our outing and the technical depth inherent in the team. The truth is that we did not do anything fantastic at the nations cup. We were just an average team that was lucky. It's not like other teams were fantastic and we took them out. They were simply African teams. Our weaknesses were exposed at the confederations and world cup. So, the moral f the story is that you shouldn't wait until a team starts performing badly before evaluating the capabilities of the coach. Sorry I didn't get the moral of your story. Probably you are saying a foreign coach would do better. Which foreign coach has done better than Keshi since after westerhof? Which foreign coach has done fantastic job for an African side, at least get them across the quarter final in the world cup? The truth is Nigeria just like other African nations do not have world class players. You can't get a world class result with average players. The results keshi is getting are the best anyone can get with players like ours. Its not about changing the coach, it is about having the right skills. |
