It seems Ph.D applicant seeking visa are very few in the house. How do Visa Officer see Ph.D students? I'm Planning to apply using the online route tommorrow with first 2 years of full scholarship. Any general advice on my application? I'm a graduate assistant in a federal university with 2 years working experience but i have little money in my bank account to show as proof of fund. I was advised by some pple to add SOA even though i am on scholarship. Pls Advise?

Thanks for this boss,i got my reply exactly 2months via paper route so i am still contemplating whether to go the online route for my #refire.
a few questions though. do i have to scan the all pages of the SOA(3 months) or just ist and last page? then i wanna do my medicals up front this time,how advisable is dat?comments pls

its not been easy tho ...and double 8 that hasn't been mailed for medicals is making it look like the paper route is really going to take a long time... ..i pray they mail him this week

A Letter of Explanation has to be written in a letter format and addressed to the relevant authorities right? Also, is it the same as a SOP? I'm thinking it's the format that's different but what do you guys think?

Yes it is insanely too high and still unjustifiable.

As for the one-time CAD$2500 financial aid; you are only eligible, if you get a minimum of 3.7 out 4.0 in a semester (approx. 4 A- or 3 As and 1 B+). So it all boils down to what you can offer.

I just got le medical instruction letter. I think Asaju Medical Clinic is the closest location for me. So your experience people! Hope using Asaju was fast and no wahala at all!

Also, do I have to call them to book an appointment or can I just walk in and get the tests done?

I know... that's what I am asking about... I don't have it yet. all I got from GTbank was their many debit alerts (including their several charges) in my email.
