Sometimes it baffles me why everything about Africa has to be substandard. Medview is a pain, the pain is definitely not worth the difference in price compared to other airlines. I traveled on the 9th of December 2016 and returned on the 30th of December 2016, and I'll advice you not to even think about MedView. I still regret paying so much money to put myself through that ruthless experience. There was an average of 4 hours delay on each trip and you'll be treated like sh*t during the checking in, both in the UK and in Nigeria(worse off in Nigeria as you would expect). Delays without no updates as the cabin crew do not have a clew.

The plane is old and while taking off one of the cupboards opened and a metal bar on wheels rolled out of the cupboard. That could have hurt anyone, but luckily i grabbed it. No entertainment system, that plane definitely needs a facelift.

As for me and my family, no more Medview, no more Arik and any other Nigerian airline. Its not just worth it.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I have flown medview on 6 occasions (3 return trips). And my perception about the service offered on all occasions, is the opposite of your experience.

My BROTHER am sure many people who flew medview this Xmas and new period to testify to what am saying....it was a ridiculous experience......

Pls for the sake of safety...avoid medview airline.... there service is rubbish and there plane is old...they would delay you for hours...close to 11/12 hrs with no explanation.... I have sworn not to use/fly them again....so many dramas happened to and fro of my trip.

I thought they would be better than arik air....but they are all d same...old flights.... baggage wouldn't be received on time...lots of rubbish they did to me and my family.... I have got videos to back it up.... this happened during my trip to naija on the 14th Dec 2016 first week Jan 2017 on my way back to London...useless airline...

What's d point then.....it dosent make any sense to start with two hands. The point is to start ur car without using any key like the lexus and all....but if u still have to switch d engine on with a key bfor starting...then it's pointless.
