I heard that when applying to study in the Netherlands, you don't need to book appointment for interview as the school handles all of that. Is this true? Also can O level be used for a Bsc program in the Netherlands?

Yes!. You need to prove that you have the qualification to study the same course in your country.
KU Leuven requires SAT mathematics for some courses eg Business Admin/Business Engineering. Ghent/ Antwerp only WAEC, but the latter 2 has only Dutch programs so you have to do the 1 year language prep programme.
NB: while WAEC can secure you admission, the level of stuff you require for year 1 is higher. BSc is 3 years so no introductory courses like you have in Nigerian universities in year 1. Remember that Belgian students do not require admission. They register straight from secondary school to the University. So first year serves to separate the boys from the men. So, while you can get in with WAEC, doing A levels or year 1(University) here in Nigeria while processing admission will help on the long run.

Ask school to send transcript to Legalization Section, Embassy of Belgium (Abuja). Pick it up and do the authentication (MoE/MFA) and then resubmit to Embassy for legalization. We did same for WAEC. Once you have info from your school it has been sent, wait 2 weeks and call the embassy legalization section. There is also a simpler way. Ask around.

On a more serious note, you don't need to stress yourself at all. Hire a renowned solicitor in Nigeria who will help you mediate with a property agent in Turkey. You can close the deal from Nigeria seamlessly. In fact, you will qualify for citizenship by investment. We're talking about more than half a million dollars here.

Thanks for replying guys, but from what I understand when you apply you leave your passport with the embassy for some weeks, I am trying to find out if it is possible to apply at 2 different embassies simultaneously so as to prevent wasting time

You don't need to talk about visa denial in a motivational letter. Is not motivating.

Rather indicate it in the application form and prepare to give a good defense cos most likely the VO would want to see a clear difference.

Hey guys in the house, I have a quick question and I would appreciate it if you could help me out here. If an application has been denied and someone wants to file a fresh application (new university, new motivation letter, new resume etc), do I need to make reference or mention my previous application that was denied in my motivation letter or do I just file the new motivation letter without making any mention of the previously denied application?
