This is not always the case, for example , the black people in France are darker than South Africans and yet South Africa is hotter than France.

you have to understand that A) in France, we are 2nd/3rd generation African decent. many are from Mali/Senegal etc where they are normally darker skin African, but there is also many lighter skin blacks from the French colonies such as Guadeloupe, Martinique etc.
but also, B) the issue is that when these darkskin brothas go to Africa, they get DARKER, and as soon as the winter hit Europe, these same brothas get fairer skin in Europe.
