are you saying that you have been living in that apt for 3 yrs paying 1m yearly, but you only have a 1yr contract (and it doesnt say that it will be automatically renewed)? with inflation, i would say the rent should go up every year by 5/10%, so technically you should be paying at least 1.2m yearly now. |

before she moves in with you, pls... 1) figure out what is the full details of why she fell apart with her friends in her old apt (not just her side of the story) 2) understand that being together as bf/gf and living together is a whole new ballgame. have you ever seen her without makeup and wig etc? do you know her character? is she a clean person? etc 3) if you really wanted to live with this babe, then why wait now that she is in this situation to do so? why didnt you ask her to move in with you before? 4) before she moves in, makes sure you make it very clear to her exactly what you want her to do (if/when she moves in) and what you want her to pay for. 5) if you expect her to be a replacement for your wife, then PLS marry her then. this woman is not your wife, and therefore as much as she may help a lot in the house, she is not obligated to do any wifey stuff. if you want someone to fulfill that void in your life then find a WIFE... not a gf. 7) as much as this could be a beautiful experience, it could be a nightmare that you will have difficulties getting rid of. beware! i suggest you ask her to come stay with you for whole weekends etc before taking such a big step with her... 2 Likes |

- anyone who is rude to everyone around her - anyone who is loud and obnoxious - anyone who spends the majority of the date watching her phone - anyone who tries to order food to take away (and expect me to pay for it) - anyone who expects me to pay for babysitter for HER own kids, so that she can come to the date but the BIGGEST TURN OFF by far is the ones that take picture of everything at that restaurant/eatery (aka the food, the venue, even the bill etc)... but dont take one single picture of YOU (especially if you are paying), let alone a picture of you and her together. 2 Likes
