Nigeria doesnt do conversion therapy no sane western country does such...so again, nobody forces you to be anything else than what you are (whether n Nigeria or in the west).... but there are LAWS in every country that you live in, and depending on where you are, your lifestyle maybe against the law.

Most of the time LGBTQ studies are taught is because of bigoted parents who pass their hate down to their kids who will then go to school to bully queer kids because they are different, since parents did that then LGBTQ studies arose to tell other kids that gay people and gay kids exists and mind you only less than 1% of kids transition and I personally agree with you that it shouldn't even happen but trans kids should be able to socially transition
