Guy you are a huge talent. I played that track to my friends in Europe and told them it was by an American artiste and they believed. When I eventually told them the truth. Their jaws dropped. You are way bigger than this menial job. If you need money for your music and it's not so much, there is a possibility of working something out

Went for 2 interviews for marketing posts today and I did well in the test and interview but the pay and condition seems ridiculous.

Company A said my basic salary will be between 25k and 35k and also commission on whatever customers I bring in but the worst part is I have to sign a year BOND with them and should in case I wann leave before one year, my guarantors will pay whatever is left to be met on my target...

Company B said my basic salary will be between 20k and 25k and also commission on sales or deals I get for the company... This one has no clause of BOND.

Tfare to either one I choose is btw 200 and 300 daily and I will be living in a place where I'd have to be feeding myself.

Please advise me on whether to wait for better opportunities or take one of the two offers.

Having said dat, he's d only rapper dat have a song 4 every mood, his lyrics is far fetched, the dynamism with which d lyrics re split out 4rm his mouth, speed or slow. His song rap God holds d record 4 d song with most words, who can beat dat.. He will definitely be celebrated

I'm one of those who also believe Eminem is hugely talented but seriously these days you can't really measure success by awards received else we will all be screaming Kanye and Jay Z. I also hate to say that one of the things that worked for Eminem is his colour. He started out as homophbic which is a big no no in the industry because they pull the strings at the top and yet he was still successful. Big questions are why has nas not won a Grammy yet and why did someone like taleb qwali not blow at all? My 2 cents....

The most important thing before going into marriage is to ensure that your fiance or fiancee is in love with you. Please, make sure that you are 200% sure she/he is in love with you because if you miss it at that point in time, that is the beginning of the end of the marriage.

No marriage can stand the test of time without the foundation of the marriage being built on Love.

Don't ever take or equate "I love you" to genuine love. Don't even bother about this simple sentence; it has no value.

Let his/her actions be your Cursor in the relationship, let his/her action tell you what to believe " Either he/she loves you or not"

It's pretty easy to know who is 200% in love with you.

After genuine feeling/love has been established, there questions that need to be answered individually and the most important one is; Am i happy as an individual, if you not, it ll be hard to give what you don't have and that is why you need an happy independent life before marriage. Are you mentally(maturity comes out of this) and spiritually ready to lead a woman? if you not, there is no point dragging an innocent soul into your unknown world. As a woman, am i ready to support my man spiritually and mentally? if the answer is no, there is no point saying yes to his proposal but if you ignorantly accepte is proposal cos of your own selfishness, i can assure you that you are still coming back to that single ladies world you are running away from.

Finally, ensure you have mentors(people in happy marriage) who would advise you from time to time cos no matter how compatiable you both are, issues ll always arise and sometimes, you need more than your own wisdom to deal with it. Equally ensure you surround your marriage with people in their own happy marriages.

Make him/her your best friend, be adventurous, do new things together and ensure that God element is not left out in your marriage.

If you are fortunate to find your destined woman or man, you could settle down at age 18yrs old and nothing ll stand on your way to success in life. Having a man/woman in your life would even speed up the success of your career.
