Dr. Asiko:U'l welcom sist |
hillsnite: Find f'''(x) for y =2x^4 + cosxf"'(x) means d^3y/dx^3 so therefore using ax^n=nax^(n-1) dy/dx=8x^3-sinx d^2y/dx^2=24x^2-cosx d^3y/dx^3=48x+sinx so f"'(x)=48x+sinx |
Mr Calculus: U and diz ur quests...hmm...let me giv it a trial..I guess u wud use integration by part 2 complete it |
labodinho: score 2/5.U and dis ur score en...hmm... |

hillsnite: Square root of x^x =x^square root of x. Find x?Squre root of X^x=x^rootx, (x^x)^1/2=x^rootx, X^x/2=x^rootx, apply log to both side logx^x/2=logx^rootx, x/2logx=rootxlogx..logx cancel logx x/2=rootx,x=2rootx square both side x^2=4x :x cancel x -:x=4 |
U tried@aurorae bt derz a diff sir |
aurorae: uh,d only diff, I can deduce is dat max planck's eqn of energy was on the theory of radiation,and dat albert einsteins was on the photo-electric effect .while plancks is usually written as E=hv ,the einsteins is usually E or W=h(f-f0),0 written at d bottom.tho einstein explained planck's theory of quantum radiation more realistically in his photo-electric equation.there is no main diff. jst that einstein only delved deeper into max planck's hypothesis |
Calculusf(x):d ar 496,8128.etc i av u on my list |
A welcome quest 4 my guruz. Whats d diff bet max planck and albert eistens equation on 'energy' which is E=hf. Note:i dint say E=mc^2 |
Ortarico: Yes boss, it's oketunde2.Tnx chief |
Mr Calculus: I really need ur help hear guys.Plz guruz help out |
Mr Calculus: plz guyz need ur help:::Convert 1111.100110 base 2 to basePlz guys need ur help hear |
Ortarico: I need to be flogged, perfunctory calculation! I've seen my mistake, thanks boss, God bless!General ortarico are u on 2go? cauz i'l love having a guru on my list.. |
Calculusf(x):OK SIR...I think i get u nw |
Wen is d sales of 4m coming out |
Ortarico: Boss, I keep getting the same answer. Plz, show me my mistake boss.D ans is 810..jst cross check ur work again sir |
TopSpot: can u all imagine: i checked on jamb site for my result today and my score was upgraded. i had 230 before but now it is 233. that is additional 3 marks for my economics. the surprise came because i sat for cbt and i thought they are only upgrading the ppt guys. so if you have not checked your result and you sat for cbt, go and check ooo.Are u serious? |
Ortarico: Being explicit as in showing the working?U did wel boss ur ans is close but incorect |
Ortarico: hmmn. . . . .you've just thrown a big missile of 3 pages. My answer is 1/3n(810).plz b explicit am nt clear wit ur ans |
I really need ur help hear guys. If a+b+c=0,simplify:: [{x^(a^2 b^-1 c^-1)}]*[{x^(a^-1 b^2 c-1)}]*[{x^(a^-1 b^-1 c^2)}] Given that::a^3+b^3+c^3-3abc=(a+b+c)(a^2+b^2+c^2-ab-bc-ac) NOTE: * means multiply |
Simplify:::{9^(n-1)+9^n}^3/{3.27^(n-2)+27^(n-1)}^2 |
oyestephen: Gooooood morninf people.....how was your night ? @ortarico @labodinho @farano thanx guys for keeping this place lively...lemme help out too1)a=-16,l=72,Sn=252,n=?. Sn=n/2(a+l). 252=n/2(-16+72). 2x252=n(56). n=504/56=9. 2)D quest is nt clear |
Calculusf(x):Bro in integratn if u av integ2x it is dsam as 2integx. if u av integx/2 it is dsam as 1/2integx. u can try solving d exampls above u'l 5nd out dat its dsam. I hope u undstand |
Ortarico: @laboz, it has been solved. . . . . .@mr calculus you're welcome. Good morning house!Tnx chief |
labodinho: @ Mr Calculus,aw u dey nah,hope u kuming to stay wif us here?? @ortarico,i've seen d solution n tanx o.*LGT* whr do u resyd specifically? @all,una well done o.am doin gud chief |
