So you are not aware of the Arab slave trade that started almost 500 years before the transatlantic slave trade and lasted hundreds of years after.

The Arab slave trade was even far worse than the transatlantic slave trade, the African slaves were castrated in their millions because the Arabs were scared of the Africans impregnating the Arab female population.

Look up the Zanj rebellion ( a derogatory word that the Arabs used against Africans) and look up the origin of the word Kaffir.

Interestingly, both words were used by numerous Muslim scholars and they appear in the Arab religious / Islamic writings.

I saw the news recently of young, innocent looking lady from the Yoruba ethnic group who was caught smuggling drugs inside loaves of bread in India and it really saddened me. Most of our recent crop of leaders all have criminal records, allegedly even the president has one. Seeing people like that climb to the top of the political class would probably have some youths wondering that crime pays, please youths listen, crime does not pay.
