Hello all, just to let you all that all bales ordered are being sorted at the moment. Got a confirmation from the supplier in Cotonou so we are on point.

Please after today I will not be collecting any payment from anyone in order to focus on all orders already on ground so that I follow up to ensure it arrives by weekend as stated earlier. Everyone paying today will also get their bales same weekend when all bales arrive because they will all come together.

Thanks and have a blessed day.
Investment / Re: Whats The Best Investment Or Business To Start With 3M Naira Capital by MrChukwudiChuks(m): 8:33am On Jun 18, 2015
I believe with up to that N3million you are intending to put into business, you can have one of the best car wash lounge people will be talking about.

In your car wash lounge, there will be a well organised car wash area, a lounge where people can sit while their cars are being washed and should have drinks, TV to watch music videos or football match and there should also be stuffs to chew.

In another section there should also be a hair barbing salon and a hair dressing salon so that people can decide to do a hair cut while washing their cars and then chill at the lounge after a clean hair cut. Now remember that guys like seeing ladies around them so they can spend some money, that's the essence of the hair dressing salon. When men notice that females always troop in on a regular to make their hair, trust me they will like to wash their cars everyday and also have some chilling time to drink or eat something.

Now the car wash will basically be run by you or a good manager like me if employed to oversee the day to day running of such a great venture and this guarantee a steady income on a daily basis and even from the lounge.

The hair dressing salon and the barbing salon will be put on rent on a monthly basis meaning you will be having some extra money coming from those on a monthly basis.

The place can then be structured in such a way that there will be spaces for suya stand, grilled fish and stuffs like shawama but this stands will also be rented out on a monthly basis to people that want it so that is another extra income on a monthly basis.

If this can be set well just as I can imagine and also manage properly, your flow of income can be unimaginable and your investment is secured.

Like you stated, this business can be run successfully without you always physically present if you can have a humble, sincere and good thinking manager like me who will always be creative to attract more and more customers on a regular basis. For example, just imagine giving a ticket each time you come to wash your car and once you wash up to 5 times straight, you get a free wash. Now no one will come for a free wash without taking a drink or something to chew. Your money will always keep coming in.

I am looking for an investor in Lagos who likes to invest in this kind of idea and just employ me to be the manager and see how I will make this written dream a born reality.

Best of luck and just think much about this great idea.

Remember, so many people might also like this idea and go ahead to setup theirs somehow. Not to worry, starting it is not the issue but running it and bringing up new ideas to attract customers is the koko and I got so much more ideas I can put into this that one might not even imagine.
Business / Re: I Need A Business Idea I Can Invest 2-5million In Abuja by MrChukwudiChuks(m): 8:23am On Jun 18, 2015
dondo83:
i need a good business idea that i can invest 2-5m naira in abuja. i also have land(1200sqm) in kuje that can be useful and a warehouse in karu market (though i have tenants at the moment but i can decide not to renew the rent in december) that can also be useful.
I am an estate developer and will prefer a business that can be done without my daily supervision . I have invested in a cold room business and saloon which failed so i wont be welcoming both ideas, also a distributor for an fmcg and it wasn't profitable as well. I will appreciate "experienced entrepreneurs" advice. Thank you.

N.B I'm not interested in get quick rich schemes or betting .

Sir, though I am not based in Abuja at the moment, I have a very good business idea for you.

Since you already have a land in Karu which I know is quiet a busy area, how about starting a car wash lounge. I believe with up to that N5million you are intending to put into business, you can have one of the best car wash lounge people will be talking about.

In your car wash lounge, there will be a well organised car wash area, a lounge where people can sit while their cars are being washed and should have drinks, TV to watch music videos or football match and there should also be stuffs to chew.

I am looking for an investor in Lagos who likes to invest in this kind of idea and just employ me to be the manager and see how I will put my all into it to make it a name people will never forget for years to come. But if you are ready to employ me for this project then we can discuss on how I can relocate to Abuja to make this written dream a born reality.

Business / Re: Urgent Advice On Bar Busines... by MrChukwudiChuks(m): 7:44am On Jun 18, 2015
Hello, honestly its not a bad idea because its very profitable and 1 million will be ok but depending on the place it is opened.

I actually have a very great idea for a classy car wash, bar lounge, barbing salon and hair dressing salon. Everything will be in one place, well structured and organized. Trust me it will generate so much revenue and always create job opportunity for people.

The only problem with this idea is it will require a huge capital in regards to buying or leasing the land, putting up the befitting structure that will create room for every section of businesses mentioned above and getting all the equipments required for the business.

Now I am looking for some who has the capital for this project so that I can be the manager of this great venture. Anyone who can see the long term future of this idea and will like to employ me as his/her manager to see this dream come true, please do not hesitate to be in touch with me.

Thank you

NEW UPDATE:

Please to everyone that has paid for their various bales, be assured we will all get them by the weekend because some people have called and want to pay by Tuesday and Wednesday because of their busy schedule and I want to make sure they all come together.

You all don't have any problem as I am fully doing this for the benefit of all of us and I am really looking forward to the testimonies you will give on this thread.

Please everyone still interested in making orders should please do so by Wednesday in order for each and everyone to get their bales by Friday or Saturday latest so that we can confirm that business has started for good.

Any information you need please do not hesitate to call me.

Thank you all and God bless.

U should know by now that scammers use these big sites and companies for their activities. Konga does pay on delivery so how are. They scam when your money want lost? Now check yourself properly with the info you gave, you are hunting a free gift you feel was sent to you. That should already be clear how people fall for scammers, those looking for free things. The company is on point so wakeup.

Common sense should have made da driver to pull over immediately seeing smoke n position himself with his fire extinguisher...common sense is not common....hard luck anyway..am sure he doesn't even hv an extinguisher

From your statement common sense would have made you understand that he had pulled over when he noticed the smoke and that's why no life was lost. Like you rightly said sha, common sense isn't common.
