However, I can see a loop hole those callous agents can exploit. They might say ooh agency fee 2% of the total rent, then they hammer you with lawyer fee, agreement fee etc until they extort as much as possible. I hope the law clearly state that those other fees are illegal and should not be collected by agents

This law can be amended in future if the agents resorts to this method to exploit people.

Enugu doesn't have water. I served in the state in 1993 fron Awgu to uwani to Agbani road etc no water then.

I think mbah is really working hard to restore water supply to most areas in enugu now.

There's no way water issues will be a problem in a big hospital like this the governor might have plans to lease out the hospital to a professional private company for proper long term management.

This hospital project was very fast in execution it's really a pity delta state with all the resources at it's disposal can't think of something like this only roads and flyovers is the highest projects governors in that state can think of.
