Politics › Re: Man Challenges Claim That Tinubu Transformed Lagos Using Video Evidence by Mrexcell(m): 10:41am On Jul 09 |
This is actually very true the first time i visited lagos in 2002 i passed through that oshodi bridge and it was completely an eye sore looking down from the bridge i saw humans and massive dirt i have never seen in my life before all packed together in one space that you can't even differentiate between dirt and human beings. Tinibu will definitely go down in history as the greatest nigeria's con artist who not only successfully captured one of nigeria's richest state but also scammed gullible nigerians to successfully capture the whole nigeria and it's institutions. |

cucumbar: Exactly. EUC are for companies or businesses.
I recently got a DJI drone for personal use, and All o did was to register it with NCAA for 5k and was issued an authorization that I could print. Can I get the NCAA registration link |
Politics › Re: DSS Detains Journalist Zainab Sodiq Over Drone by Mrexcell(m): 9:15am On Jul 09 |
1Alex: I tried to fly a drone around Egbeda, I received a message on the drone that the erea I was about to fly is geo-fenced, and that I should register with NCAA and obtain a clearance.
The drone even provided the link for the registration on the NCAA website.
The registration portal requested for among other info, my residential address, my NIN, the make and the serial number of the drone, the purpose of the drone. I even uploaded my NIN slip.
After the verification that took some days, my registration was approved and I was asked to pay 5k. The portal did not say if the payment was for one approval or a one time payment. This is quite informative i almost changed my mind of buying some for vigilantees in my village to use after reading this news. |

BozzDaddy: Honestly I have same problem. I bite my finger every time and once water touches it, it even irritates me and I hide it. But am unable to stop because when I see the way it is I will try to bite it more to make it smooth but at the end I will cause more damage. The funny thing is that it doesn't hurt. I really want to stop it but I can't. Been doing this since I was very young and I'm in my early 40s as well. Urs is not anywhere close to the pictures above I think this is caused by extreme idleness once u keep urself very busy u won't have time for this. |

givedemwotowoto: People are built different. This is extreme.
I think people hurt themselves or engage in bodily mutilation as a coping mechanism from prolonged depression or something similar
This person may not be physically in touch with anyone. You can't be proud enough to appear like this in front of anyone. Probably idleness he should just keep himself busy all the time. |

That's a serious country that's really interested in fighting and eradicating corruption in their society. Corruption practices like this in nigeria has been institutionalised as part of govt normal bureaucratic procedures in govt offices by those currently in govt. China knows that with their huge population of over a billion people allowing corruption to eat deep into their systems is definitely going to be a huge disaster for their larger population like what we are currently seeing in nigeria. |

It is embarrassing because that incapacity has gone on for many decades now. Obi is not even remotely in the loop for 2027 Presidential election.. He isn't remotely in the loop yet ur tinibu is spending billions to make sure he doesn't appear on the ballot next year? |

Granger: Bold move from Ghana, and honestly, it’s completely justified. Let’s be real, if it were Nigeria, our government would probably approve the visit, host a 3-day lavish banquet for him, and then issue a "strongly worded" press release afterward. Good to see Ghana actually standing their ground smh. The nigerian state don't place much value on it's citizens only the rich elites. |

RandDigital: They believe we envy their ill-gotten Maybachs. That time we're angry about the impunity and brazenness - our own rich don't behave in an appalling manner like this. Then a thief comes and calls you all sorts of names. You don't envy but ur hungry protesters don't waste time in looting the shops of nigerians who are legally staying and doing legitimate businesses in ur country? |
Foreign Affairs › Re: S. Africans Tag Police After Nigerian Buys $550K Maybach, Mocks Zulus - VIDEO by Mrexcell(m): 6:55am On Jul 08 |
RandDigital: You should acknowledge the numerous threads on frontpage everyday of Nigerians engaging in crimes all over the world - especially developing countries. You're viewed with suspicion, not envy.
The anger comes from the lack of shame you exhibit after commiting the crimes. The nigerians that are into criminal activities are not even up to 20% most nigerians abroad work hard legitimately to make it big in life so there's no wisdom there in generalising and rushing into conclusions that all successful nigerians are into crimes. |
