If you want them to set block faster, use counting payment method; although it has a lot of disadvantages

A bricklayer with a labor should be able to set 80 blocks in a day. #3k for the bricklayer and 2k for labor.
3500/80 = 44 approximately.

#5000* 44 = #220k

How about the number of blocks for a 2 bedroom joined to a 3 bedroom (bungalow) both with a visitors toilet. Length of building is 90 feet, width is 35 feet?

#30m is enough to build a standard 3 bedroom with BQ with classic finishes. But if you are buying, the location will determine the price

Budget is 30m and looking to buy a 3 bedroom bungalow with penthouse + boys quarter.. with good title C of O or Governor's Consent with approved building plan & evidence of payment of outstanding rates and taxes on the property. If the property is an estate, estate Convenant must be provided. Thanks.
