Throwback: I always shame when I see Nigerians celebrating this.
Many of them are not innocent in the decay and disgrace that is Nigeria. Only difference is they are now in a country that will not tolerate what is tolerated in Nigeria.
Even if I have to take up such "shameful" course of action, it would be in quiet and private, nothing to celebrate in an economic refugee return to the same places ones ancestors did everything to escape captivity and slavery. Witness it first I tell you, you'll not know when you'll begin to celebrate, things are done differently |

DeLaRue: You are incorrect.
In the pecking order of seniority, a Minister is even more senior than the Chief of Defense Staff.
That is why the Chief of Defense staff is under the Minister of Defense.
Military should be in barracks, not dictating to a senior representative of a civilian government whether he can or cannot enter a privately owned piece of land.
I hope the government doesn't take this lightly.
These are the sorts of excesses that breeds indiscipline in the military. Even the as C-in-C only gives policy advice or command, the senior officers give operational order. President or minister or governor will not be in the office and understand what's happening in the field or when the urgent need to act |

Mariangeles: Happy weekend, nairaland foodies!!!👋🏼👋🏼 It's another exciting foody weekend again.
I don carry another ogbonge interesting food topic come, wey I go like make we talk about. 😀
What is that Nigerian food you have never eaten before, but would like to try?
Mine is miyan taushe served with tuwo shinkafa.
I watched a northern food blogger prepare miyan taushe and served it with tuwo shinkafa , and I was like "mmm! I can actually eat this if I prepared it myself" Going by the combination of ingredients, I know for sure that it's bound to be delicious.
Miyan taushe is a popular northern soup [more like stew] made with pumpkin, groundnuts, any meat of choice, and other ingredients, and it's best served with tuwo shinkafa [rice meal], as suggested by the northern food blogger.

WesKiz: This believe disturb Christian most especially those in that east and those Alfas that we disbelievers, this is second of this case I heard this year from that region Muslim is the only rightful right religion We don’t believe in witchcraft we don’t believe in charms despite we believe in the existence of those things I mentioned but they can’t do anything,we must not fear them we must not seek help from them I know some people claiming they are Muslim and have same believe and also involve in doing charms and those fake Alfa we have already told you those are not part Muslim they just call their self Muslim it’s better to call them Christian You don't know what you're talking about, witchcraft is not Eastern thing, you hardly hear such in the East unless you're talking about old eastern region which includes part of SS. Most often witchcraft happens around binin and sw for they believe in it so much. When you talk about Muslims, they're known for making great charms that when it works they'd believe Allah has answered their prayers |

ALTERNATEID: China has invested billions of dollars in Nigeria. They won’t sit idle and watch Trump bomb their investment into rubbles. Russia is an ally of China. Once is affects China, Russia is also affected.
So, while we don’t want any interference in the sovereignty of Nigeria, we must ensure we are prepared for all possible eventualities. We are dealing with a lunatic and that’s why we need all possible friends to stand without Don't also forget that if US really want to enter these countries can do nothing |

ALTERNATEID: This is a welcome development. While Nigeria should keep engaging the US government to iron things out, we should also be discussing alliance and military cooperation with foreign powers like Russia and China. Russia and china to do what exactly? US better than all of them combined |

Namaster: You have to give it to the American MOERRRONS!
NOBODY does hypocrisy like the Americans.
Imagine this Riley MooreON saying that China will not dictate policy to them but they will dictate policy to Nigeria.
He's claiming that China's Communist Authoritarian should be ignored. But the American Capitalist Authoritarian should be revered.
One other pointer of this particular FOOL's hypocrisy is that he's saying that the crackdown of Christianity in China sponsored and orchestrated by the Chinese Government is NOT grounds for the US to Invade China (and DIE! ).
But the killing of Nigerians by TERRORISTS (not the government) who killed both Christians and Muslims is sufficient grounds for INVASION.
If NOT for the fact that America is riddled with DUMB racists, there is ZERO reason for this guy to smell Public Office. LoL but you dey enjoy US aids and other benefits |

Politics › Re: How Nigerians Are Reacting To US Threat Of Military Incursion In Nigeria by MrGerald(m): 5:56pm On Nov 03, 2025 |
Eriokanmi: Nigeria is a sovereign state yes, but under a UN treaty, unleasging insecurity against the nation is an action against the world. America or any nation can't just enter Nigeria and make a move for a regime change.
America is acting based on the unabated insecurity in the land which affects everyone, including us citizens, European citizens, Asia citizens and all others living in Nigeria. Im sure US isn't coming to kill Muslims or wipe out Islamic religion. They know their target, those denigrating Islam by hiding under the religion to attack others. Islam means peace. Im always disturbed when I see the name Islamist terrorists in the news. Its not cool and there are bad eggs giving the religion a bad name. They need to be taken off.
Im sure the usa knows much more than we thing. So why is it the same in other countries, are they the only religion? My dear it's due to the doctrine and hate they preach inside that their mosque |
