You have to consider Anambra revenue, both internal and external, though you consider borrowing it's not always favorable, and nothing like whom much is given much is expected, much is not given to Soludo he's working within the State means. He's taking every area of interest gradually. Again he said he'd continue other phases next term (if elected).
