Let’s tell ourselves the truth, You opposing Obaseki because someone told you to do so is bad at this age and time, The only excuse people give is that he refuse to swear in some HOA candidates, Please Did you all remember oshomole removed a king ? For you to go against obaseki over HOA then you need to go against Oshomole over the king removal, Don't be hypocritical, I need to know why you re opposing this man , Don’t tell me you re opposing because of HOA candidates when Adams abandon a whole clan and removed the king, Why re you against progress? Tony Kabaka is only after what he will eat , Akigbe ventures is exploiting traders and commuters, Why should it stay, Did you think you re better off those at the market trading? Will you feel good when someone is exploiting you all in the name of Akigbe ventures? Why re you against someone who pay pension, Why re you against a working Governor all because someone told you to do so, why did you want too bring back hardship, Why did you want too return pensioners black wears ? Did you have elders at home? Why did you want someone else down and you re praying for success ? What’s your reason?

Pls don’t reply anymore that criticizes a working Governor on this forum, Just see them as someone who can’t make a good decision without relying on someone else decisions, What is the offense of obaseki? They will say he didn’t swear in some HOA members, What of Oshomole that removed A king in his own tenure , Note this moniker very well, Am supporting Obaseki and I already convinced 17 of my people in Edo to vote him again and am still changing people mind, Opening people eye, I convinced them with reasonable point, Not everyone will be a fool.

Write it down today, Obaseki will carry that day, If not with wide margin am sure something will lead to another and he will be there for another 4 years. The Governors against Obaseki re either two term Governors or those Osomole assisted to get power, No Governor that struggle to win in his 1st term will support his removal, Ambode yesterday, Obaseki today , Who will it be Tomorrow? God bless APC Gov Zulum that refuse to be part of this. If Apc Governor That personally knows Oshomole can detect the shit he is doing then who re you to support the same Oshomole , The gap will be exactly as the likes and share for this comment.

This dangerous and potentially deadly infection most commonly occurs in the arms, legs, and abdominal wall and is fatal in 30%-40% of cases. Bacteria eating infection at early stage

WHAT CAUSES FLESH-EATING DISEASE?

According to medicinenet, Necrotizing fasciitis may be caused by an infection with one or more than one bacterium, in most cases, the term flesh-eating bacteria has been applied to describe infections caused by the bacterium known as Streptococcus pyogenes. The term flesh-eating has been used because the bacterial infection produces toxins that destroy tissues such as muscles, skin, and fat. Streptococcus pyogenes is a member of the group A streptococci, a group of bacteria that are commonly responsible for mild sore throat(pharyngitis) and skin infections. Rarely, this form of strep bacterium causes severe illnesses such as toxic shock syndrome and necrotizing fasciitis. Most infections with group A streptococci result in mild illness and may not even produce symptoms, A combination of different bacteria may produce necrotizing fasciitis. In 2012, a case was reported of a young woman who suffered a zip-lining accident on a river in West Georgia. She contracted an infection with the bacteria Aeromonas hydrophila, which produced a necrotizing infection that resulted in the loss of a leg and part of her abdomen. Vibrio vulnificus is a type of bacteria found in brackish water that has caused necrotizing fasciitis in swimmers who have been in infected water with open wounds.

There are many types of bacteria that can cause the “flesh-eating disease” called necrotizing fasciitis. Public health experts believe group A Streptococcus (group A strep) are the most common cause of necrotizing fasciitis. This web page only focuses on necrotizing fasciitis caused by group A strep bacteria.

What are the early symptoms of flesh-eating disease?

According to Medicine Net, The early stage of necrotizing fasciitis is characterized by symptoms of redness, swelling, and pain in the affected area. Blisters may be seen in the involved area of skin. Fever, nausea and vomiting, and other flu-like symptoms are common. Another characteristic of necrotizing fasciitis is that the symptoms develop very rapidly, usually within 24 hours after a wound in the skin has allowed the bacteria to invade the tissues beneath the skin. The Pain is described as being more severe than would be expected from the appearance of the wound. Late symptoms can include death (gangrene) of affected areas with scaling, discoloration, or peeling of the skin. Amputation of affected extremities is sometimes necessary.

Many of the people who have developed necrotizing fasciitis have been in good health before developing the condition. People with chronic medical conditions (for example diabetes and cancer) or who have weakened immune systems are at an increased risk of developing necrotizing fasciitis. Recent wounds (including surgical incisions) and recent viral infections that cause a rashes (such as chickenpox may constitute an increased risk. Nevertheless, healthy people with strong immune systems have a very low risk of developing necrotizing fasciitis if they practice proper hygiene and wound care Necrotizing fasciitis is not highly contagious and is only rarely spread from person to person. Usually, infection occurs by the bacteria entering the body through open areas on the skin.

Necrotizing fasciitis is treated with antibiotics, and early treatment is critical. Hospitalization, usually with treatment in the intensive-care unit (ICU), is required. Surgery to remove infected fluids and tissue is almost always necessary, along with medications to treat shock and other potential complications.

Good hygiene practices are the best way to prevent a bacterial infection of the skin. Prevention of infection includes avoidance of swimming in pools or open water sources, or soaking in hot tubs, with open wounds or sores. Additionally, keeping open wounds covered with dry bandages until healed, washing hands often, and proper care of wounds and injuries, including scrapes, blisters and cuts can prevent necrotizing fasciitis. The bacteria most commonly enter the body through a break in the skin, including:

Cuts and scrapes
Burns
Insect bites
Puncture wounds (including those due to intravenous or IV drug use)
Surgical wounds
However, people can also get necrotizing fasciitis after an injury that does not break the skin (blunt trauma).

What’s in a Name?
Necrotizing means causing the death of tissues. Fasciitis means inflammation of the fascia (the tissue under the skin that surrounds muscles, nerves, fat, and blood vessels).
Symptoms Can Often Be Confusing and Develop Quickly
The infection often spreads very quickly. Early symptoms of necrotizing fasciitis can include:

A red, warm, or swollen area of skin that spreads quickly
Severe pain, including pain beyond the area of the skin that is red, warm, or swollen
Fever
See a doctor right away if you have these symptoms after an injury or surgery. Even though minor illnesses can cause symptoms like these, people should not delay getting medical care.

Later symptoms of necrotizing fasciitis can include:

Ulcers, blisters, or black spots on the skin
Changes in the color of the skin
Pus or oozing from the infected area
Dizziness
Fatigue (tiredness)
Diarrhea or nausea
NECROTIZING FASCIITIS IS RARELY CONTAGIOUS
Most cases of necrotizing fasciitis occur randomly. It is very rare for someone with necrotizing fasciitis to spread the infection to other people. For this reason, doctors usually do not give preventive antibiotics to close contacts of someone with necrotizing fasciitis.
