I went to their office at onitsha n they said i hv to get doctors report first then i pay 15k for the normal type or 20k for d original cert from Abuja.
when i went to d Doctor at Gen. Hospital onitsha, the man said he charges 20k but for being a corper, i should bring 10k last, i pleaded 5k he refused n watch me leave, saying not even 9500 wil b accepted.
i was angry n hvnt done anything since then. last week though.
i tink i need advice here.

Drove in and queued,
Waited for my turn,
When it reached me, d attendant ask me to keep driving ahead ahead till i culdnt see d metre.
Then I told d pump attendant how much fuel i needed,
He plugged d hose, after some time he closed my tank.
Being in a hurry I paid him and left. Somehow i looked and saw tht my fuel gauge was at same level. At first i was confused, was also wondering how i wil explain this to them and they wont deny me.or shuld i 4get it all but I knw my corolla doesn't drink fuel to have gotten drunk all of a sudden and sip my fuel.
It got to my head and i lost it, drove back there agn,i culdnt see d guy, i explained to a lady, a co-attendant, she behaved funny and was looking at another lady attendant with sign in her eyes, then she told me i shuld always b careful,tht everybody aint good, then i knw they must have bn seeing such from tht guy daily.
She told me d guy went inside tht i shuld go n see him.
I went in and raked the guy weller, he was lik smiling, then he just gave me bk my money without saying anything.this was my moment of surprise. I culdnt bliv this culd ever hapn. Wen i cam out, d girls were stil giving signs.i waved my head and drove off.

Lesson:
. Don't drive away from where u can see d fuel metre.
. Don't overtrust or b in a hurry to drive out, always check and confirm,not only fuel but any transaction u do with ppl. Wht if he denied me.
