Like what happened in 1966 when the Ministers elected an acting PM from among them. So I guess the ministers may appoint one of them to act pending when election is conducted. Same way the NASS leadership may appoint interim leaders to preside over their affairs pending when substantive leaders emerge.

And that would be after the CJN is incapacitated right?...so the list ends there?

Speaker of HOR (for 3months when election will be held)

CJN (for 3months when election will be held)

There is no way calamity will befall all these at same time. This is why all 5 don't travel on the same car/plane at the same time.

Should the above fall at the same time, I think doctrine of necessity will be invoked

I believe the constitution only provides succession down to the SP. If something happens to the top 3 (which will be a very rare case anyway), the speaker of the house and the DSP will battle it out in court.

The speaker might win though because he's APC.

But constitutionally, I believe the DSP shld be higher than the speaker of the house. Afterall, a VP is considered higher than a governor or even a SP even though both gov and SP are #1 in their institutions.

Court ke?...where's the time for that?...who's going to be in acting capacity for the time they slug it out in court?...who will be attending to urgent matters of state?

The speaker comes after the Senate president. The DSP is just there incase the Senate President is not present in the senate and someone has to preside over the senate.

The most senior Career Military officer.

Not the NSA or MinDef oooo then proceed in that fashion

I don't think Military personnels are in the line of succession

The Nigerian presidential line of succession is the set order of Nigerian government officials who may become or act as President of Nigeria if the incumbent president becomes incapacitated, dies, resigns, or is removed from office (by impeachment).

But I noticed most articles on the line of succession always end with the Senate President, and I would like to know the entire list to who's the least in the succession line!

Lalasticlala, pls would like to have a wider audience. Let's know the entire list in the succession line

1) How do I get necessary clearance from government agencies for my agric produce and how many agencies do I need to go through, at where and at what cost?

2) What freight agents(airline) can I use in exporting the produce and do I have to be physically present there?

3) How do I send the produce to the address of the recipient when it gets to the destination country?
