Made a visa application on the 29th of June, I was interviewed at VFS via skype by the Lithuanian embassy in Turkey on the 5th of August. From the info on my Visa, it was issued on the 7th of July two days after my interview but I only got my passport from VSF today.

You’d need to write IELTS academic. That’s what is required for study. Except you are applying for migration or work purposes then the general test will suffice.
You can also take duolingo test, its accepted for September entry. Its easier and cheaper. Result evaluation takes a short time(5days)

Canada is best because of their way of life and proximity to the United States but however, I will advise you to go for Australia if you have the funds because an Australian visa is easier to get as compared to a Canadian visa.

they offer one-year post-study work visa after your education and their master's study tuition fee starts from 2600 euro upwards.
