eni4real:My classmate in the University got compensated by Zenith Bank cos they didn't allow him leave their branch for just 30 mins. They said he was rough and looked suspicious. New Era Foundation wrote them and he got paid 3M with plenty 'we are sorry sir' around 2007. I have personally called a First Bank branch manager on phone and explained the implications of his actions as regards banker-customer confidentiality and he came from his branch outside Lagos to Ikeja to beg. 2 years ago, I got a Police ASP locked up in Lagos for slapping my client at Ikeja Shoprite. So, don't put mouth in what you don't know. |
Maxymilliano:So, kidnapping is a consequence of loan default? |
If the family of this woman can manage this issue very well, they would make a fortune from the stupidity of this Microfinance kidnapping institution. |

Let me go look for a few plots opposite this place and tie money there. The landowners there have been telling me, but I've been avoiding scams. Will finally buy it before their prices skyrocket. |

Charisdesigns:I remember him on his section. This is terrible. He was on NL some days ago. My condolences to the bereaved. Pls, either blur out sensitive parts of that death certificate or take it down. It is a very private document and shouldn't be pasted in public like this. |
drewe20:Surveyors ideally are the first point of call in transactions. They obtain coordinates and chart if it's free from government acquisition and if there is no "fly-over" in the survey plan, etc. They give the necessary go ahead before lawyers move in to verify documents. However, due to the nature of our society, most real estate buyers are afraid of being scammed and falling into wrong deals. They believe that a lawyer is the best protection they have against losing their money. For them, it goes beyond just buying the land. They expect that at any part of the transaction chain from negotiation to purchase and perfection, the lawyer is relevant and walks them through the process (whether the lawyer is competent enough to do that boils down to individual capacity). When they eventually build, it is the lawyer who manages the property (which is the job of Estate Surveyors and Valuers under NIESV). As a smart professional, it is better you have many trusted friends with integrity across the various professions in the real estate value chain. That way, you all grow together. |
duruallwell25:Tell him you give him 24 hours to refund your money in full, failing which you would involve the Police. Report him to the police. Tell them he defrauded you and threatened your your life if you report to the Police. |
I don't think they are entitled to 10% of the entire sum to Are they processing the deceased person's ENTITLEMENTS or they are claiming to help process the LETTER OF ADMINISTRATION? They are 2 different things o. Tell them to put what they want to collect in writing. If it's illegal, they won't agree to put it in writing. |
If you're ready to involve the US Government, FBI and Paxful Executives themselves in getting your coins out, let me know. However, your hands must be clean. Send me a PM |
Smartchoiice:That's very sad to hear. |
Call twice, send a message the third time. Anything more than that, you should be regarded as a stalker and a nuisance. |
oliverjiad:Guy, just shut up and behave yourself. You are in the midst of sensible people, not touts. Even if they didn't send you to school, didn't they teach you manners at home? How much do you need to complete the job and if you get that, when would the container be out? If you like, insult me too. |
georgen2u:You've done well. To give your site a good edge, try to see if you can integrate 2 things. Third-party delivery services and escrow services. Especially that escrow. Those are very special features that make you combine being a Jumia, a Konga and a J.ij.i. Focus on the Lagos market for now. Once you have grown well in Lagos, you expand to other states. Lagos is the home of commerce and the 6th largest economy in Africa. Don't look at raising capital. Raising funding is raising debt. Start looking at how to monetize your site ASAP. I'm not taking about adsense, I'm talking about making clients pay a token for add-ons. If you require legal expertise, send me a Private msg. I'm a lawyer and I advise several tech startups and businesses. |
Back then in Secondary school in Lagos, my school was close to the High Court in Igbosere in Lagos. Litigants who had court cases usually dropped sacrifices at the T-junction just beside the Court. Goat head, pap, boiled eggs, palm oil, etc. While going home, it was my practice to kick the calabashes of sacrifice and pour it on the floor. In fact, one of my crazy classmates usually picked the boiled eggs from the calabashes, rinsed and ate them. Till today, people still drop sacrifices at that same spot. |

Ganduje finds it very difficult to hide how he feels about people. If he likes you, you would know. If he doesn't like you, he would tell you straight up. I love people with that character, they are the best of friends you can have. If you Bleep up, they would tell you straight up. Not snitches that would be smiling in front of you and destroying you at your back. |

Reminds me of when Ambode banned Lawma and launched Visionscape. |
