Not this again, so becuase there will always be bad people we should ignore them right? There will always be bad people, yes. The correct response is not to tell the victims it's your fault and move ahead with our lives without trying to find a way to solve the problem. the correct response is to try and fix the problem. To find a way to stop their activities, in this case stopping the slave trade and the torture.
The whole point is that slave trade and torture is wrong and should be condemned and stopped. Send them back if they enter your country illegally, That's all.
