Votre Francais est bien wink wink wink

Moi aussi, je veux Voyager au cotonou a la fin de cette annee pour ameliore mon Francais dans linstitute Francais.

Je sais que il sera tres cher angry angry angry

Merci mais j'apprends encore

I have no idea of how the French institute is run.
The country was relatively cheaper to reside in until the Naira fell like a pack of cards.
If you have a way of earning fcfa and not converting Naira for your upkeep in Cotonou then you would prefer Cotonou to Lagos.

Pls can you share the picture of the appointment letter. I have something like that here
You didn't share yours so why should he share his.
If you put yours up asking if it's similar to what he has, he probably would also share his.

I received a shabby appointment letter from a so called endeavour mining coporation too, and it was a friend I consider as trusted that claimed to have recomended me. The letter had no contact or any form of correspondence. This was after he asked for my CV, NIN, email and passport photograph. I really believed him and was already planning to go. I couldn't have imagined he would lure me into this kind of dangerous venture. I am so grateful to God I came here to realise it's actually a scam. It is true what they say that it's who you know and trust that can easily kill you. People are heartless sha. Even after explaining everything I was going through to him. It's really sad. Thanks for saving me guys. Thank God for una. Na so I for waka lost
You call a yahoo boy that will kill his mother for money your friend. Wasting a friend is the easiest job for him.
Now you can help save others who are about to be lured by sharing your story and you can post their scam letter with any other screenshots of communication with them just blur out your name.
God loves you.

I intend selling used phones and accessories, I'm not sure I can for commercial purposes and the 2m is all I have at hand. I would appreciate if you can give me an estimate of how much I need to settle in any of the countries, I can hustle more to add to it. Thanks for your contribution sir.
- Hustle more, sell off most of furniture and stuff you won't be relocating with
- Convert any cash at hand to USD or XOF to avoid further loss of wealth from Naira depreciation
- Add 95k FCFA (1 bedroom flat) for 3 months accommodation. Add to previous estimate for Shop rental you already short of about 250k francs . So you have about 550k fcfa left from your N2m in today's rate.
- Feeding is always tricky. If you can adapt to the local food then 30k fcfa per month is okay. But if you go around like me looking for Egusi and Afang soup or Jollof and fried rice then 90k fcfa will be your minimum monthly.
- So plus minus you left with N1.2m to procure your goods. Set aside N200k for logistics bringing those stuff from Lagos to Bénin, settling customs. You will make good profit and the exchange rate will help triple it when you convert back to Naira to restock.
** That's the much I can think of. Those estimates, I have given is for Porto-Novo, Bénin, Cotonou is more expensive, just as Togo is more expensive than Cotonou and Cote d'Ivoire more expensive than Togo. They all use the same XOF currency which has its advantage if you are ready to think out of the box.
*** If you are a online/digital hustler, any of the XOF countries I listed above will boost your productivity as electricity is available 247

I can start taking French lessons but I want to use the African country as a stepping stone, my main target is to move abroad within a year or two. I don't know if I can achieve that in Ivory Coast.
At 31 you don't have an international passport.
Well you are lucky the timeline is now shortened, so start by getting your international passport which you need for lots of stuff besides getting a visa.
Hope you have a valid Driving license and can drive a manual vehicle, you need this as part of some basic skills in your basket.
There are a host of french speaking West-African countries that will suit your purpose. The N2m you are talking about hope it's not from it you will take care of processing your int'l passport, travel costs and such sundry? That 2m right now is less than 800,000 fcfa. Renting a shop in Benin will require 150k to 200k fcfa 6 months down payment.
What business do you have in mind? Can you cook, are you a Science graduate, hopefully you can teach Mathematics and the salary can offset some monthly bills while your business is picking up.
Yes it's a smart idea starting your relocation plan from the neighbouring countries, it will prepare to hit overseas better equipped.

A video has gone viral showing a Nigerian man shocked as he watched a Rolls-Royce car being refueled from a simple keg on the roadside. The luxurious car, known for being very expensive, was parked by the side of a busy street while the driver poured fuel from what looked like a regular container.

Shared widely on social media, it surprised many Nigerians. In the video, the man recording couldn't believe his eyes as he saw the driver carefully pouring fuel from the keg into the fancy Rolls-Royce.

Business / Re: What Can You Do With A Loan Of 5% Interest Rate? by MrNovo: 11:11am On Feb 27
GideonOludayomi:

Wow. Thank you for your candid opinion. 60% is way out of the picture.

To start with, it's only for already established micro traders. Although, I do not fully understand what you mean by rolling over/renewing, the idea is to make sure that a trader can access their first loan for 6 weeks. So, if they collect 15000 + 5% which equals 15750, what they will pay back exactly is 15750 divided by 6 weeks which equals 2625 naira per week. After repayment, they can reapply for another loan with a longer duration of 12, 18 and 24 weeks, if they so desire.

This is the picture.

However, should you have any suggestion as to how to make it easier and simpler for the traders, kindly share. The loan isn't aimed for profit making but to ensure sustainability and retainership of capital.

Thank you.

Okay the bolded is what I was referring to. Since they can reapply for extended loan tenure the concept is great.

Oga! This last mention shows that you are a novice and ignoramus in cryptocurrency.

There are about 100 or more different USDT coins that work with different blockchains.

USD coins are called stable coins

There is USDT (Tether), BUSDT (Binance protocol),True USD (TUSD), USD coins, TrueUSD, DAI etc.

The major and most used USDT is Tether that works on the Ethereum Blockchain which was the first and most popular.

The one Cardify is using is USD TRC20 which makes use of the Tron Blockchain and it only works with Tron-based wallets. How many people have Tron wallets?

Now when I saw your post and asked that first question, I didn't wait for an answer and quickly ran to open an account with them...WHY? Cos I have about $18 which I kept in USDT which is on my CEXIO account that I can't pull out to my VISA card cos the minimum withdrawal amount is $20 so I figured that I could just transfer it to the Cadify wallet , it would be better so I can withdraw it from Cardify itself only for me to see that the USD wallet Cardify offers is TRC20.

CEXIO doesn't have the TRC20...i said fine...maybe I would just transfer to my Binance only to see that Binance too doesn't have the TRC20 option.

I quickly did a quick search on wallets that supports TRC20 and found that Trust wallet was listed as you can see in the picture below and I have a Trust Wallet account...I ran to trust wallet only to see that TRC20 has been delisted from Trust Wallet.

Now why I said that they are useless is that why can't they be innovative and add the Tether USD protocol which is the most popular and widely used to their list instead of only that so-called TRC20?

Not to talk of that annoying chat widget that always pops out on the dashboard.

Below is the screenshot of the account I opened that yesterday.

I still maintain...they are useless!

LOL, see how you ran amock calling someone ignoramus and novice only to go on and prove you are the one confused about how the TRC20 works on exchanges and wallets. grin grin
If you don't delete this post you will come back in some months to laugh at your display of ignorance laced with tipping pride

Business / Re: What Can You Do With A Loan Of 5% Interest Rate? by MrNovo: 10:09pm On Feb 26
GideonOludayomi:

What sets this initiative apart is the decision to offer loans at a flat interest rate of 5%. It's not just a gesture; it's a tangible step towards alleviating the financial burdens that many are grappling with.

The question that echoes through this initiative is a simple yet profound one: If presented with the opportunity to access a loan of 15,000 Naira at a mere 5% interest rate, with a 6-week repayment window, what do you think about it? Can you envision yourself utilizing it effectively?

Let me hear your view.

Anything to ameliorate the suffering of the masses is commendable but the following should be noted
1st: At 5% interest in just a month of holding the funds, that implies interest rate of 60%pa which is almost 3 times of bank lending rate.
2nd: The funds is only suitable for micro traders. Those who petty-trade on a daily like pure water, puff puff, and can set aside N50 daily after their feeding and any other trading expenses like ground rates.
3rd: If repayment is mandatory without an option of rolling over/ renewing the loan then it might imply shutting down the business in an effort to pay off the loan thereby defeating the initial aim of supporting the micro trader. Except the loan is for already established micro traders.

My dog still growing but not yet backing
It's up to eight Months now
At 8 months and counting, the reason may be genetic. I once owned a Caucasian that died at 3 yrs and the Dog never barked for a day despite living together with a rottweiler and a GSD that were champions at barking.
I would suggest you never use the Dog for breeding to avoid propagating the defective gene.
