Most of what you wrote up there "sounds like" the PECG scholarship program which is for undergraduate and in line with your mention of first class. It's not the GCUB which you say it is because that's a Masters and PhD scholarship program while it is taught in Portuguese language it is not as strict as PECG in insisting you have Portuguese proficiency at the admission stage. GCUB stipend is 2100 Reis and above. Once you get your award letter you don't need any assistance for your visa which is expedited since the embassy already has your name and expecting your application.
I know there is a genuine organisation in Lagos doing Celpibras language training majorly for people intending to pursue undergraduate studies in Brazil.

If the terms of conditions says you must renew with them the second year and price is $25 and above, it will not be profitable. Just asking and to be sure it is not a Greek gift because if it is too good to be true, it probably is.

The fine print says if you decide to transfer out your domain less than a year you will have to pay the transfer fee of $11.

IBB and Abacha wanted Tofa to win and when the results were showing that MKO would win, they cancelled the results, conniving with fellow SDP financier Arthur Nzeribe.
Not only that, IBB handed over power to an interim government of Shonekan with zero legitimacy, if IBB wanted peace in Nigeria, ask him why he did not hand over power to MKO his trusted friend?
Go and verify how many times IBB and MKO met even after IBB had cancelled the elections.
Do you know that IBB even proposed an interim President position to MKO but he refused?
MKO was sure that a coup to remove IBB and install him by the military was possible since he was a CIA agent and had been a long time merchant of coups in Nigeria.
Don't forget that in 1993 MKO paid terrorists to hijack a Nigerian Airways plane carrying the Chinese Vice President and Nigerian government officials and demanded that the Nigerian military install MKO as President or they would burn the plane down.
I know you might be hearing this for your first time but in as much as it sounds like fiction, it's the truth.
Just fact check me, we lived through those times and we are not yet schizophrenic.
But IBB and Abacha never wanted MKO - a sponsor and beneficiary of coups to become a President.
Other notable people in this saga then include late Tony Anenih who declared that his happiest day was the day IBB declared the interim government and David Mark who swore on live TV that he would shoot and kill MKO should he be declared President.

Abacha and MKO made a deal for Abacha to detain IBB under house arrest, overthrow Shonekan's government and then have Abacha install him as President.
MKO even celebrated Abachas coup and MKO and his SDP proteges including BAT visited Abacha to congratulate him on the coup and I and millions of Nigerians watched it live on TV.
I am attaching on of the pictures below of that congratulatory meeting.
All hell broke loose only when Abacha refused to handover to MKO as agreed and MKO declared himself President which made Abacha to detain him.
Abacha knew that MKO the terrorist was a very dangerous element who could and would sponsor a coup against him so he had to detain him.

IBB and Abacha paid MKO back in his own coin.
The military had vowed that they could never allow MKO to ever be President.
That's is why some people will tell you that if Abacha had been given even 5 more years in power, all the Nigerian politicians problems today would have been NPK by now.
Abacha knew all the enemies of Nigeria and had them either imprisoned or killed including OBJ.
MB became head of the PTF under Abacha but he was also one of those who wanted MKO killed because MKO sponsored the coup led by MB that overthrew Shagari, the IBB coup that overthrew MB and the Abacha coup that overthrew IBB.
So MB as a trusted confidante of Abacha promptly warned Abacha that until MKO is dead, MKO would keep plotting another coup to overthrow him and take power that is why he was detained with 14 soldiers to make sure his every move and visit was scrutinised.
During MKO detention, UNSG Kofi Annan and OAUSG Emeka Anyaoku gave interviews saying the world would not recognise a five-year-old election.
Karma is really a b!tch.
Don't forget that Abiola died after Abacha and he died on the day he was supposed to be released, I can't remember the exact date but I remember it was the day of the WC final France 98 France-Brasil because it was during halftime that the breaking news came that Abiola was dead.

However, the part I would like you to shed more light if you have the facts is to why the CIA through madam Rice killed MKO. How did MKO become a threat to them after having been a mole they have been using to change government in Nigeria from the very first military Coup.
And yes, as you rightly observed, why the military boys hated MKO was because of his taking over the wives of heads of states he financed the coups that killed them.

3. Bunch of places, example is flippa, do more research? Prices can range from low $$$$ to mid $$$$$
4. Overhauling is what makes the difference between what you bought in January and what you are reselling in June. It might be identifying additional marketing channels that takes your MRR from $500 to $10k. Or improving the product features or UI/UX. These things (depending on which route you go) may not require more than $1k to $3k?
5. If in a hurry to exit and locking some decent profit you can certainly resell on same platforms you bought, otherwise you wait for the investor to come to you and you exit like paystack did for example.?
If the SAAS biz is what caught your interest then you need to take out time to DYOR. If you are not a techy the learning curve will be steep. However it's more of marketing/salesmanship skills you need to excel. Reason you find a lot of Tech bros never excelling with their own products.

First to go police doesn't imply winning the case. Your allegation will be thoroughly investigated. The barring of using OpenAi branding while being contestable has nothing to do with the domain ownership (probably not even a subject of litigation). If Guy Ravine has a trademark for OpenAi then he can use it for his marketing within the industry it was registered for.
