Besides their physical servers, they have their ever expanding Cloud infrastructure (EC2) which is another tech.
Now where your backup data is stored is entirely remote from your live data storage location.
So you see permanent data loss is entirely impossible except a big platform like BYBIT or Binance decides to compromise itself.
