For Exchanges like Kucoin that would be collecting VAT on behalf of Nigerian Government, trading there will be without sanctions or fear of your bank account being frozen.

Ivory Coast is nice, so I hear, never been there, would like to make a quick visit before the year ends. Most french speaking West Africa is accomodating and offers orderly living.
Your life, not just your business needs 247 electricity. However do note that housing is pretty expensive in these countries but not yet like the Western countries I have first hand experience. So for a start you will stay away from the capital city.
You don't need any sort of visa. However if you love the place and want to extend your stay then it's advisable to process a residence permit and have your business fully registered.
The currency is valuable, Stable and useable in more than 5 countries. Well at the moment the opportunities are endless because these countries are still developing this offering lots of business opportunities.
