I got two rejections
The.first school I applied to, I passed the entrance exam,.it was five of us that passed when it was time for interview they sent a mail that the interview will be conducted in Portuguese, i was discouraged but i still joined by the way, they didn't interview me , they only advised that i should go and learn the language and reapply next year, it was devastating. The second school too was another story before I now got this one.
So the summary is intentionality.

But considering how short the application window is, I would have thought discussions and engagements continue through the year to get documentations ready in advance.

I have been learning portugese since last year August but I must confess, portuges is a hard language. Their verbs has too many forms and the word arrangement can be confusing.

Its hard because you are learning the wrong way.
Learn the way a baby or an illiterate learns.
1st stage you just want to understand what actions or meanings are associated with the words you hear. So if you don't live in a Country where the language you are learning is spoken, you want to download plenty of videos with subtitle in the same language and not English. This is a very common mistake we all make while learning and reason we keep struggling with first thinking of what we want to say in English before converting to the new language.
2nd step, commit to writing out at least 5 new words you learnt each day. So as step 1 gets you to learning the language, step 2 will help you achieve whatever level of mastery you desire.

The problem with learning vocabulary STANDALONE is that you end up never using those words you've learned. In addition to that, you also know that "fait" is the conjugation of "faire" in the third person, and that sometimes "il" can be used in the impersonal sense. In any case, you learn more from that whole phrase than you would from merely learning only "froid".

Good advice. Though vocabulary simply means "knowledge of words". Your advice on learning them in context as phrases rather than trying to just cram meanings of standalone words is well received, reason dictionary gives you examples of it's usage in various context.
Your point is on learning vocabulary in usage context which is a good idea, because that way you start speaking the language at the same time.

1. After 7.5 years in a Country and you couldn't stabilise, what would you do differently if you where allowed in again via the same route you used earlier. So am thinking ONLY a PR upon arrival route should suit you.
2. Staying illegally even for one hour in a Country after visa expiration is enough to get subsequent denial except for some peculiar situations but you additionally making recourse to public funds to obtain your air ticket (and three official excorts) is worse than a red flag.
If your passport expires while still having a valid visa, you can obtain a travel certificate and BUY your own ticket to come back and renew the passport.
**You obviously can't get any visa from Canadian embassy. Yes you might someday enter Canada if you legally obtain the passport of a country that is visa free to Canada.
**No one should over stay their visa. If you do continue to hide there because the day you leave is most likely your last except you already acquired a deep pocket to activate second passport

I have done this many times as a serial entrepreneur and even in the crypto space.

$w wormhole isn't a terrible coin but not an established coin yet (2021) with so many competitors. The owners are financial market traders so they know how to handle pump and dumps.
But it has good utility enabling multichain transactions so huge prospects ahead which depends on been able to hold its own against its competition (Polymer, Orbit, Atomic, Squid, Mayan) that are more established.
Like I said before knowing the coin involved it boils down to if you are ready to wait for X amount of months or take the balance value and try growing on other portfolios.

Man, already knows it was a shitcoin (unestablished altcoin) and as such a huge gamble. The altcoins (BNB, ETH, SOL, TON) in my account have since recovered alongside BTC some even better.
For me it's not about taking a risk but why put such huge amount on an unestablished coin and only one basket. If it's $100 fine. But $1k or more is something else even for American or UK standards.
He better implement further loss mitigation strategy because what is still left is huge.
Also I don't keep all my assets in one exchange.
Binance is better but Bybit is also good so why will I take only one.
Mt Gox can happen to any exchange, no warnings.

Another closest the trade and moves to the next profitable trade flipping the capital over and over again. Which of the two traders mentality do you choose.

Bro, no Biggie, you can still turn 20k into 100k before December. Only when death happens, I know it's the final bus stop.

Problem is in the inflow versus the outflow.
Nigerian economy is consumption driven as we only produce oil and import every other stuff. Funny enough Dangote refinery is even now talking of importing crude oil.
So the import dependence places excessive demand for dollar far exceeding inflow from your crude oil sale.
That's the point Peter Obi has been hammering but their ears are blocked with tribalism but hunger no dey look face.
