Which is okay based on what your colleagues on Nairaland have popularised (get perfect working website for just N20k). And it may have nothing to do with him or rather his academic abilities which had been proven over and over before. Also marking is subjective as it's done by humans. I don't know if the MBBS allows for remarking, I would have activated such if in his situation. I have done this in foreign exams and gotten better grading.

I wrote jamb 8 times because I insisted I must study medicine. My lowest score was 238. Im all these attempts I beat the cut off mark of all the institutions I applied in. Even when Unijos had a cutoff of 265 for MBBS I scored 288 that year. But still I never got admission in any of the schools I applied for. The Nigerian factor was frustrating.
