One thing I have observed from our oga is that he is not a politician. He also lacks social and emotional intelligence. Baba will always say it how he feels it which is good to an extent. There is no place in the police acts and regulations that forbids officers from having tattoos. I'm also aware that people with. Visible tattoos were disqualified in the last police recruitment. Since there was no provision for that in any act, I see nothing wrong and unprofessional about it (so long there tattoo is not conspicuous). |

Noura Hussein, sentenced to death aged 19 19 year old Noura Hussein has just been sentenced to death for killing her rapist in self-defence, and may face execution. The story starts when Noura Hussein was just 16, and was married against her will. Her father and new husband signed a marriage contract, then when Noura finished high school in April 2017, she was forced to move into his home. The first time Noura’s new husband raped her, he got his two brothers and a male cousins to pin her down while he did it. She'd been unwilling to consummate a marriage that she never wanted - so he forced her to. The next morning, he tried to rape Noura again - but she managed to escape to the kitchen, where she grabbed a knife. In the ensuing scuffle, he sustained fatal knife wounds. When Noura went straight to her family and told them what had happened, her father turned her into the police and her entire family then disowned her. The courts are saying Noura is guilty of intentional murder - even though she was defending herself from being raped by a man she was forced to marry when she was just a young teenager. Noura is not a criminal. She acted in self-defence against her abuser. When she told her family what had happened her family immediately took her to the police and disowned her. The death penalty is cruel, inhuman and degrading. At Amnesty we strongly condemn the decision of the Sudanese court to sentence Noura to the death penalty. Rape victims deserve support, not death. Please guys is it possible to write my pop exam from 2 centre's? From school timetable pgd pop exam commences on the first week of July and I have another professional exam I will be writing in Lagos that same week. So I don't know if it's possible to write some part of the exam at agidimgbi centre's in Lagos and thereafter finish up the rest at awka here. Please help a brother |
