Good evening health landers. I'm a law enforcement officer and I've been on this job for two years now. Over this period I have been studying crime trends the common traits among the recidivists 90% of the guys arrested from motor parks are always on hard drugs (as tests always confirm). Another peculiar thing amongst them is that most of them always have seizures while in the cell. Before now I used to think it is a random isolated cases, but with time I began to see the pattern of this seizure inmates. Most of them are young guys from the parks and streets. Also there was once an incident of a guy that croaked on top of a woman from the use of hard drugs. From investigation it was discovered that he too had the same seizure, with foam coming outa the mouth before he crossed over. My question now is: does hard drugs cause seizures? Or are theses aforementioned events purely an isolated case? Please doctors in the house help me. Say no to drug abuse. |

And so we went to uburu in Ebonyi state on a special assignment and I saw this nice structure. The sign post indicated it is the Ebonyi state school of nursing and midwifery. I had to come back at free period to tour the school and also take pictures. I do hope however that they have qualified staffs to match the beautiful structure and environment. Cc: lalasticlala

Mark Myrie, the global dancehall and reggae superstar known as Buju Banton, will be released from prison on December 8, 2018, according to a report in The Guardian. Banton was sentenced to ten years in prison in June 2011 after he was convicted of conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute. He will reportedly be flown from Miami, Florida, to Kingston, Jamaica. Olivia “Babsy” Grange, Jamaica's minister of culture, told The Guardian she expects Banton will receive a hero's welcome – his music is some of the most critically revered in the country's history, and in 1992 surpassed Bob Marley for most No. 1 singles in Jamaica. "Buju was loved long before he was convicted and he will be loved just the same, even if he comes home in handcuffs," Grange said. Banton was also notorious for the 1992 song "Boom Bye Bye," a track which advocated the murder of homosexuals, written when he was 15 and performed throughout his career. After protests led to 28 of his concerts to be cancelled between 2005 and 2011, Banton signed the "Reggae Compassion Act," pledging “to not make statements or perform songs that incite hatred or violence against anyone from any community.” The Guardian reports that Banton has been writing songs during his incarceration, with a full project that is "ready to go." In a statement, Banton described his prison stay as "traumatizing not just on myself, but on my family as well as emotionally draining. For me, I drew strength from immersing myself in my situation. Do not live in yesterday but live in today. And education was the only thing that kept me up and alive. I immersed myself in reading so much – theology, philosophy and other subjects.” https://www.google.com.ng/amp/s/www.thefader.com/2018/12/07/buju-banton-released-from-prison/amp

ChiefAzubuike:Points to prove stealing 1. There must be asportation ie actually moving the object. 2. The object must be taking without the persons consent (it is immaterial if the consent was obtained by fraud or through threats) 3. The list continues. So boss it is still stealing |

sweetilicious:You are right, insensitivity is not a quality to be found in a good leader, just as insincerity shouldn't be found also. Problem is our president is insensitive and the ones that are sensitive are fantastically insincere. |
