To be very honest I also believe that dragnet test is not as dreadful as most people believe but bros dragnet test get level. If you wrote the chevron test they conducted ds year you'll understand me better. In some cases, dragnet only facilitates the test like the KPMG test. The KPMG test you wrote at dragnet is the same you'll write anywhere even if its not coordinated by them, so they only facilitate in cases like that. How about their critical reasoning(the last part of dragnet test). Bros if you never jam past question before or written their test like three times you'll barely answer 5 questions correctly in that part. What about those comprehension passage that needs you to pick two correct answers in less than one minute and some mad SHL that even if you are at home you'll need close to 3mins to interpret before attempting to solve and dragnet needs you to solve it in less than 1min? Once again its not as dreadful as most people think but as a first timer you probability of failing is almost certain. |

Chukwutobi:Sorry bro..what final stage are you talking about...I mean when was this? |
I think the lagos interview has started rolling in»»» |
There was this year when I was in my finals in school, McKinsey organised a career talk for final year students and asked us to take their aptitude test after the fair..Ladies and gentlemen, those questions were prepared in Pluto. After unsuccessful attempt to answer any of the first 10 questions correctly, I left the premises calmly. That test is the toughest I have ever seen. |
I think they didn't invite those who are yet to complete their NYSC this time around or probably the invite would be in batches cos the exam is usually done in their head office so they may be unable to accommodate a very large crowd at once. For those who got the invite, go and prepare earnestly for some mad SHL questions. Yes SHL!! Not the bread and butter type of SHL but confirm SHL. Lay your hands on the toughest of any SHL material you can ever find and practice with mad speed and accuracy. I wish you success. |
@kissQ can I talk to you outside here please |
test is still on if you haven't done yours |
johnabumere:They don't really have a fixed salary structure. But forget anything near 6 digits..around 60k unless they have improved which I doubt. tho the figures I have is based on their september 2014 recruitment. |
newd4all:Like I said in my earlier post they get their questions from one site like that which you all will be logged into that day..its some basic mathematics, english (synonyms, fill in d gap, and co), they will also ask some few questions about their company (like what they do, their location amongst others) so it would do you well to know a little about them before for the test, then they also ask some 'decision taking' questions like what you'll do in difficult and tight situations..then prepare for the normal interview questions most especially they like asking the question 'why should we hire you'. One more important thing I'll like to add is that you should be well dressed and look good on that day. Once again I wish you all the best. |
Well I think I have some few tips about Tizeti. They usually get their questions from a website which I can't remember now and its usually basic mathematics, english and some decision taking questions. They also ask a few questions about their organisation and what they do and they usually conduct their interviews on the same day immediately after the test. As for salary, they don't pay much. I wrote their test and interview last year but the pay pissed me off really. I wish you all the best. |

ednut1:Sorry bro..but I must confess you got me laughing with your write up |
cabrini:Usually SHL...basically graph and charts interpretations. But you'll find 1 or 2 GMAT-like questions. |
EngrBogon:Two things are possible; 1. You probably didn't pass the test satisfactorily or 2. Your profile did not impress or match their requirements. Better luck next time! |
I think almost every BAT applicant (Management Trainee and Entry Level) is following this thread. Well like I did before I just want to drop some hints about the process and more importantly about the Numerical and verbal reasoning assessment. About BAT recruitment, it would surprise you to know that your profile is only been reviewed/screened until after you have passed the numerical & verbal assessment. Although passing the assessments does not guarantee your progress to the next level if your profile does not impress them. Then you wonder why some applicants were rejected almost immediately. The answer is that they didn't satisfy some benchmark requirements set by the company for its recruitment policies such as age, class and year of graduation, course of study, work experience, etc. About the numerical & verbal assessments, I must confess that you must be good at maths or rather basic arithmetics if you want to scale the numerical hurdle. Good thing is that there's no time limit so you can take your time but once you start you must finish and its a no going back thing, I mean you must pick an answer to every question and once you click next you can't go back to that question. For MT applicants, get prepared for about 25-30 questions in that segment. As an engineer/ engineering graduate I bet you should be able to handle those questions. For Entry Level applicants, its about 10-20 questions. (Maximum of 20). For the verbal assessment, its basically comprehension and fill in the gap type of question. The passages are the usual click A- if d information is true, B- if it is false and C- if you cannot tell. If you have been in the job search business you should know what I am talking about. For Management trainee applicants, the questions in this segment may not be up to 10, and if you are lucky, you might escape comprehension questions, all might be fill in the gap. For EL, it could be up to 10 or more and you can't run from comprehension. Like I said earlier, it is until you have passed this stage that BAT starts reviewing your profile and if you are successful, get ready for the series of interview. Best of luck to everyone in this!!! |
sawyer89:Same here bro...at about 5pm today an HR lady called my fone requesting for my NYSC certificate too. That girl was sounding somehow although I asked her if there was any implication and she said there was none. |
A quick one for those who are yet to do the cultural questionaire assessment...here's a little hint. They give you three core work values and ask you to pick the one you think is most important to you and they also ask you to pick one that is least important to you. About 16 questions like that and you really need to think well when answering these questions. Once you click next you can not go back to it to make corrections..it is gone and gone once you click next. Anyways they are quite simple but also logical..very logical. Anyone who has taken the numerical and verbal assessment can share some stuffs too..I wish everyone in this the very best!! |
Please I need someone who has taken the culture questionaire stage to please give a clue of the things to expect |
This incident truly happened in akwa ibom but the details of the incident were false. That incident happened at Ini Local govt, ward 1 (IKpe). I was supposed to be an ad-hoc staff in one of the units there but some hoodlums (opposition party) hijacked the entire ward election materials, kidnapped some corp members alongside some police men and women, and seized all the result sheets until some minutes past 12 mid-day when they were rescued by some armed military operatives. |
Training or screening...read well |
My people Kpmg test nobi here oo...I wish you all the very best |
Chiscomax:There are many universities in the province of manitoba such as brandon, winnipeg & d manitoba uni itself...I do not know abt d cost of pgd but u.manitoba offers d cheapest masters degree in that province abt 9000 canadian dollars so I think pgd shud be less or abt that range..as per application its simple and straight. Apply online with abt $100, then arrange for your transcript, english tests and certificate to be sent there..you can also check if your preferred dept requires some other docs like cv, letter of intent, and others |
@Jojcanada and others already in canada Please I would like to know about the requirements of a study permit visa especially the monetary part..did u have to pay your tuition before being granted or how did you do it? |
