This really interest note. whenever you meet a perfectionist clients who do not know what he or she want .Personally I try to guide and give recommendation based on the the company objective and if the person is still given me "World almanac" like your write up above. I do tell the person that I do not have the time that he should try another person.
Because most of the times this type of clients in the end of day either they get confused(as a result not known which area to go) and suspend the project or would not be willing to pay the cost you would give to them.

I guess the guy is trying his best, but it appears is just attitude of many Nigerians. This tells you how average nigeria thinks.
I think he has a lot of work to do in this forum specially in area of attitude of people. There are many forums, social sites out there when thesame people go there they tend to comport them selves, but when they enter here they change because nobody penalizes them.
As a result this forum keep attracting this types of people thus repel real people who really have something to contribute.
Whether he realize it or not this forum is reducing intense of the people that visit the forum.There are Nigeria forums who have really out perform and fast grown than Nairaland which would not have been, if not indulgence given here(I don't want to point out these forums here)
I think he should protect his asset by employing some disciplinary measure to curb this trend as there are more competitor in the industry now than when he started.

Let us hope it continues this way.
