I have a neighbour who is interested in solar because he saw how reliable my own system is, problem is that he has a lean budget (1.1m). @valto and other gurus in the house, can his budget setup a reliable 12v system with a lifepo4 battery+hybrid inverter+reasonably sized solar panels?

What would you recommend? My setup is a 24v system, and he can't afford that. Thank you

Who doesn't like cheap things? But a 2.5kwh for 375k that is supposed to worth say close to 550k? You cannot eat your cake and have it. You even said you don't care about the bms used that it depends on your output load. Wow!!! Congratulations ooo. Now Cworth is a DIY hmmm.

How did we get to this stage in the first place?
Back to your question, if a branded company in China can build 2.3kwh for 375k automatically I can build 4kwh for just 300k since the type of cell used doesn't matter. My joy and confidence is that you won't be bold enough to open it and complain. .

Cworth, Felicity etc are all DIYs right?

Please @all, i have a little problem with my battery. They are 2 pieces of 10kwh lifepo4 connected in parallel, when being used, they dont drain uniformly, one battery could be at 87% the other at 95% . Is this normal?

checkout the meaning of constructive journalism and u will understand my point of view. Did he care to explain the root cause of the issue and proffer solutions to it? SOC drift is not a new thing in the batteey industry. It even happens to professionally coupled packs. His post portrays the view of a bad pack from the seller

Just yesterday I bought 4 pieces of jinko 615kw from fouani

It was installed on 5kva felicity inverter, 2 pieces of 220ah battery and 60ah felicity charge controller

The image below is what my charge controller is showing this afternoon, is this normal or is the connection wrong?

Dam5reey1 no fit call Mr. Valtz name though I know na him him wan discredit. He knows he's the most trusted LFP guy in this forum. Nobody can assemble best quality LFP like him since his batteries are even better than big brands over years.

The Earthing thing was my conclusion.

but since my last comment about MPPT efficiency, I got some responses that assumed i was making things up, hence I didn't respond to the interference issue.

This plague applies to those 30V - 400V MPPT as it only happens when the Solar input is on.

No Earthing you are good 😊, But.....

I had exactly the same issue with the same model of battery and SAKO 3kw 24V Inverter alongside 8pcs of 450W Jinko Panels, at nights the battery discharges like it's in a competition, The SAKO Inverter and Battery both refused to obey cut-off points and as such the battery discharges beyond DOD, I thought when day breaks and the sun comes up, the inverter will wake the battery up, but it didn't, client used GEN and NEPA to try to charge the battery, yet no power.

This horrible experience went on for days until I replaced the Inverter and Battery with Felicity IVEM 3KW and 5KWh Felicity Lithium Battery.
Now everything is up and running and the SAKO Battery and Inverter are both laying fallow in my garage.

Regrettably several other people have reported similar issues with SAKO products.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE 2 MODELS OF SAKO BATTERY & INVERTER
