Erin Ijesha Water falls is a place to visit. It is made up of 7 stages. You have to climb from the ground to the top.

It takes about 2 hours to climb to the 7th stage and when you get to the top you will discover a small village at the top.

The adventure from the bottom to the top is full of fun.

Its a trip from Lagos to Erin Ijesha plus feeding, transport, tour guide, hotel etc

Its also affordable

Get a bus. Toyota Hiace or coaster. Dont paint it in the usual commercial colour. Install a tracker and speed limiting device then get a driver.

Invest in marketing and customers can hire the bus .
Rules: Dont allow your driver to solicit for business/ customers. The customers call you then you send ur driver . His job is just to drive.

Another option. Similar to the idea stated above but you can use a cheaper bus. You will target working class passangers and take them to work and back. Specific destination. Driver will not handle cash too.

The business is all about planning tours to various destinations within Nigeria. We package group tours to various places within Nigeria only. We handle all the logistics from transport, hotel, feeding etc. Our tourists always love the experience at the end of every trip.

The idea is to promote Local tourism and sell Nigerian tourist sites.

We have a challenge with reaching out to clients. People generally love the idea but getting them to pay is usually a challenge.

Note: we operate on a very low budget so we can not afford d traditional radio, newspaper ads and others.

If you have any ideas (creative) on how to market this service and attract clients pls share. I'm open to any idea.
