To be sincere, I really can't figure out where Tinubu will get block votes.

He will not get it in Lagos. Lagos is not known to deliver block votes in the presidential elections and with massive turnout expected among the youths, I don't see Tinubu getting block votes even In Lagos.

For South East and South South Tinubu should just forget it.

North East and West belongs to Atiku.

Tinubu is not likely to get block votes in his geo political zone.

Set up a short let apartment.

Take a long lease on a room self con ( studio flat ) in a good location. Pay for at least 15year lease.

Then furnish the apartment to taste and you are good to go.

It requires minimal supervision if you get it right.

Also you can't go wrong since the apartment is yours for a long period of time.

If business goes "south" you simply let it out to tenants who pay annual rent or you sell the lease to someone else. This is a clear exit strategy.
