Yes, I know that people should take precaution and Nigeria is generally not safe, but how many mass shooting have occurred in US this year ?

Let me tell you, there have been 582 mass shootings from JAN -SEPT !!, resulting in 604 deaths and 2380 wounded .
And I believe the word "mass shooting" needs to be changed to "terrorist attacks" . Because no matter what the reason is, if you go on rampage shooting and killing people, then the person is a terrorist.

The west has a way of making Africa look like the worst place on earth .

Is Nigeria messed up ? Yes
Does it need to be fixed ? Yes

Every body just needs to be safe and be their brothers keeper, it is really that easy to have a safe nation .
But wicked people won't let this happen .

Good. Let the court determine who is right or wrong.

But the elders say when two elephants fight, the grass will suffer.

Kogi state is poor and in bad shape. No FDIs, no industries. The state actually needs Dangotes presence at least to stimulate economic activities and employ people directly and indirectly.

The state actors should be open minded and think long term.

The devil is in the details.

In my first apartment I had a tv with 75 watts. 32 inches. Then standing fan 55 watts.

Tv plus fan combined use up 130 watts.

Then I discovered an energy saving tv with 12 watts and fan 10 watts.
Total combined 22 watts. Brand new with 1 year warranty.

Lesson:

Carefully study the power rating of any appliance before you buy and install in your apartment.

The more power they consume, the more money you spend.

Quick tip for anyone buying electronics for a short let apartment.

Always go for energy saving products.

Your tv, fan, fridge, bulbs, Ac should be energy efficient so you spend less on electricity. You can also use smaller sized generators if your electrical appliances are energy saving.

Also if you have solar powered back up, just go for energy saving appliances so you can make use of less power and save installation costs.

No court will justify ASUU. What it is doing now is just a waste of time and resource. If they are not satisfied they should resign. They have taken the matter too far. If what they are asking is easy to be done the past administrations that value education would have granted them their request.

First do you know the exact demands from ASUU?

Secondly show me the past administration in Nigeria that has placed real value on education since 1999.

The city is developing at an alarming pace. More opportunities are opening up in the city.
