AutosI Can Help You Sell Your Car Fast. Lets Talk. by mrsage(op): 7:39pm On Jan 18, 2019
Hello,
I'm Omotayo. Been on Nairaland for a couple of years.

This is what I can offer.

If you have a car for Sale then let's talk business.

I have access to a network of potential buyers so I will market the car on your behalf.

You get to negotiate with the potential buyer and sell at your price.

I will basically bring the buyer to your door step.

Terms and Conditions

1. I don't deal with Car dealers. I prefer to deal directly with the car owner.

2. We agree on a reasonable commission. Between 3-5% of the price you sell.

3. I prefer to market Naija Used cars between N500,000 to N2,000,000. I market tokunbo once in a while.

4. I will carry out an inspection before I start marketing any vehicle.

5. I don't need to take possession of the car. I can work with good quality pictures. The seller is expected to disclose fully the true condition of the car.

So let me sell your used car on your behalf.

We are here already. Year 2019.

January is expected to be low key.

February, the politicians will not give us "breathing space". General elections will take place.

March, who knows what to expect. We pray for peaceful elections. The outcome of the elections will set the pace for the month of March.

Fast forward till....

May. We expect a new administration. We expect that the Politicians will resume office.

Now what is the likely effect on the business terrain and our personal income?

I honestly dont know. However this year may start on slow motion based on my calcularion above.

Now how do we position ourselves to make money?

Elections affect the economy and it affects our pocketd.

Is this the time to consider a new busuness or side hustle? An extra source of income could help.

Lets talk

Ogun state politics is really interesting.

I observed that there is real disharmony between the egbas and the people from Ijebu axis. It's obvious they are not best of friends.

Probably this is why Ogun state is not as progressive as Lagos.

Hello,
I'm searching for a election observer group or NGO that will be a part of the 2019 elections.

I wish to work as an election observer or volunteer.

I'm not so bothered about the financial aspect. I've never been an observer. I'm self employed at the moment. I run a smal business.

I see this as my little contribution to the society.

If you know any group kindly get in touch or share details here.

Thanks.

Solar is good and its cost has been crashing down steadily over the last decade. It is best if the user is power usage conscious.

some energy bulbs are 10 tines more efficient than the old type in use.

Some countries in America and Asia are having bulk solar energy selling companies offer them as low as N20/kwh equivalent of electricity.
I agree with you.

I hear it’s expensive, I understand. My problem is maintenance. I hear one has to always wipe the panels at least once a week to keep them clean from dirt. I also read here that our sunlight is too hot and may damage the components. If I am going to spend the same amount for a generating set or more on solar panels they should find a way to maintain themselves. I am a working man and may forget to clean the panels for two - three weeks running.
Batteries are another wahala. There are too many fakes in the market. My intercom system at home runs properly for two months maximum before shutting off five minutes after power failures. The cause? Fake batteries.
Thanks for your opinion.

No need to wipe panels. It's not necessary.

Extreme sunlight can damage a mono crystalline panel in hot regions like Abuja, Kogi and other northern states. So they use poly crystalline panels in such regions. That settles it.

Better quality is a real issue. However trusted and tested brands exist.

The initial cost is high, and energy requirements is also high. Because of this, most people use generators that can generate high output with relatively low initial cost. The best way of people using solar is to have leasing facility that will enable payment over a period of time.
I agree. However our banks and finance houses have K Leg.

Affordability. Not everyone is boxed up like you guys.
Last Yr we called them to install for us and they charged #300k.I was aghast even when I was told it won't even be able to power my freezer .

So with the non existent light I my area then,if we opt for this, how do I preserve my food?
Solar purchase is more expensive than the regalar generator. However its cheaper on thè long run.

Just calculate the cost of petrol and generator repairs over time.

SUPERPACK:
The answer is ignorance. we have become so accustomed to AC devices, which consumes much power, and are too heavy to be powered by affordable solar systems. People arent aware of power efficient DC electronics that are now the latest. Secondly there is little or no public enlightenment concerning how solar will save money for us on the long run.
Interesting....

Very few Nigerians use solar energy.

I've been doing some research about solar energy and im rally surprised why we are yet to fully embrace It.

Obvious Facts about Solar Energy.

It is a tested and trusted alternative source of power.

It is clean, no noise, no fumes or smoke.

We have enough sunlight in Lagos and all around Nigeria.

It is cheaper on the long term. No need to buy fuel, minimal repairs too.

Now why are we still using the noisy generators?

Why are we avoiding solar energy to power our houses?

I will be glad if we can have a conversation.......
