Investment / Am Looking For Empty Land To Lease Around Ikeja, festac,vi,or Lekki by MrSky123: 9:38am On Sep 20, 2013
Please fellow Nairalanders, am looking for an empty plot of land to lease around Ikeja,or Festac or VI or Lekki to site a temporary company. The lease must not exceed 3 years.
A filling station premises whose owner is ready to share the premises with us is also welcome.Or a land with a house but with enough space where we can erect the machines.
The business we want to do in this place must be situated in a high brow area because this is the first of its kind in Nigeria and it is car related.
You can reach us by email : mrskybase@yahoo.com or call : 07035875187.
Thanks and God bless.
Politics / Crack In The New PDP: The National Treasurer, alhaji Tanko Resigns by MrSky123: 8:43pm On Sep 15, 2013
National Treasurer of the New Peoples Democratic Party (nPDP), Alhaji Tanko Ishiaku Gwamna on Sunday announced his resignation from the national working committee of the parallel faction within the ruling party.

Accordingly, he pledged his loyalty to the national chairman of the party, Bamanga Tukur, saying the current impasse would spell doom for the party.

In a statement he personally signed, Gwamna said his decision was arrived at after a careful study of the unfolding events in the polity and a deep sober reflection of the consequences of the outcome of such impasse on the party.

"As a lover of democracy, I am of the belief that the current impasse will not augur well for the unity, peace, progress and prosperity of our great party in particular, and the country in general," he added.

Gwamna further stated, "I, therefore, enjoin all PDP faithful wherever they may be to unite and ensure the amicable resolution of the current impasse. Our desire is for the PDP to continue to lead while others follow.

"As such, we must eschew all vices capable of unnecessarily heating up the polity. I pledge my loyalty to Bamanga Tukur's leadership while calling on all party faithful to do same."
Business / Re: Help I Want To Register A Company by MrSky123: 7:53pm On Sep 10, 2013
@ Op, what you need is a lawyer because it is the job of lawyers to register companies with CAC and it is not all lawyers. The lawyer must be accredited by CAC before he/she can register companies.
If you are in Lagos,Call 07035875187.She is an accredited good lawyer with CAC.She registered mine for me and it will be ready in one week time

Investment / Re: Getting A Bank Loan Without Collateral: How? by MrSky123: 12:43pm On Sep 10, 2013
I am surprised that some people here are saying that I have 6,000,000 Naira and also looking for 5,000.000 Naira. The is very absurd and immature thinking.
Without much ado,I want to tell such commentators that yes,I have the 6,000,000 Naira and I want to EXPAND my business concern and as such the need for the loan.
For such people,I need to remind them that Dangote is worth billions of dollars yet he just secured big time loan from many banks in Nigeria to finance his latest business.
This money was realized from my business and as an ambitious business man I want to pump in more money into the same business to make more money. ( call me a greedy business man if you want) but I was made to understand that every business man want to make more money which is what am trying to do here.
My only concern is that I dont have any collateral which is why I want to know from serious business men/women here who are more experience in loan matters to advise me.
For those who are asking that I have 6,000,000 and yet I dont have a collateral, yes,I have this money intact in my account but unfortunately I dont have any collateral because I have been using every kobo I made form this business back to the business which is why I can save this amount of money because I have a big dream. I wish also to let you know that I dont have a car despite the fact that my kind of business is car related.

Investment / Getting A Bank Loan Without Collateral: How? by MrSky123: 6:31pm On Sep 08, 2013
I want to diversify my business and I have about Six Million naira (6,000,000 Naira) in my bank account and I need extra Five Million Naira ( 5 ,000,000 Naira).
I want to approach my bank for a loan but unfortunately I don't have any collateral to secure the 5,000,000 Naira loan needed for the project.
I want to ask the house how I can procure this loan from any bank with my bank statement of account and the business plan.
Thanks

Politics / Show Of Power:IG Redepoy 19 CPs Without Touching Mbu by MrSky123: 10:14pm On Aug 19, 2013
The Inspector General of Police has redeployed some states commissioners of police in the country, and against all expectation, the River state commissioner of police retains his portfolio as the River state police commissioner.
This shows that GEJ is still in charge despite the noise made by the National Assembly asking the IG to redeploy him.
I think GEJ is winning this battle

Wait oooh! I just heard from the grapevine that the PDP want to capitalize on the absence of Tinumbu to bring Fashaola to PDP where he belongs to continue the good work without any godfather tagging behind to collect "tax" from him every now and then.
By the way,WHERE IS TINUBU?

Banned from entering Uk? When did the Uk banning of people started? I thought that this banning policy started some five yrs ago? But this incidence happened in 2004.Ok even if he was banned from entering the UK in 2004,I think the ban will elapse after 10 years, right? or does Uk engage in life ban for passport falsification?
Travel / Re: His Fingerprints Were Taken 10 Yrs Ago In Austria & Uk by MrSky123: 1:49pm On Jul 31, 2013
Thanks Justwise (The numero uno of Travel section) .But I hope it wont affect his chances because he will now tel them that he embarked on such illegal trip out of youthful exuberance and the fact that he was just fresh from the university then and was jobless. Now he is a big time business man controlling millions of naira with a limited liability company incorporated since 2007 and other things to prove his success in business.I hope telling them this ignoble truth wont affect the decision they will take regarding his present application. Thanks

Vjustice ,Justwise and others, pls let put head together on this issue. I have this cousin who is going for his visa interview at the German embassy next week. The problem now is that he is in a delima and he came to me for advise. His problem is this: In the Germany visa form, there is a space where they asked if he has visited another state (including Germany) using another identity or nationality? The truth according to him was that he has lived in Austria in 2004 as an asylum seeker with another name and different nationality not Nigeria and in that same 2004 he tried to enter UK with another persons passport and he was caught at the airport in UK where his finger prints were taken and he was sent back to Austria.
Now he is a successful business man in Nigeria, married with 4 kids, have his own company, and more than 6 million naira in his bank account.
His questions are this: (1) Should he tick yes in the question that he had tried migrating to the UK in 2004 and lived in Austria as an asylum using different names and nationality or should he said no since these incidence happened 9 yrs ago though his finger prints were all taken in the two countries.
Before giving your answers, pls know that the Germany embassy in Nigeria is now collecting peoples finger prints, will they see his fingerprints in those countries if he said No. (2) if he said the truth to them, what is the implication for him towards granting him the visa?
Another issue is that he booked appointment for interview at the German embassy three months ago and along the line he was bereaved and as a reusult,he couldn't attend the interview and he forgot to cancel the appointment, what is also the implication of this for him during his interview next week.

Education / Brochure For Students Wishing To Study In Finland Universities Tuition Free by MrSky123: 9:07pm On Jul 30, 2013
BROCHURE FOR INTENDING STUDENTS WISHING TO STUDY IN FINLAND UNIVERSITIES TUITION FREE
FOR BA/BSC, MASTERS AND PHD!!!

The World Economic Forum ranks Finland’s tertiary education No.1 in the world. We wish to use this medium as our own contribution in eradicating illiteracy in Nigeria by helping as many Nigerians as possible to obtain tuition free university education (First degree, Masters and PHD) in Finland. This is because all university education in Finland is tuition free both for the Finish citizens and foreigners including Nigerians.
Because of lack of knowledge by majority of Nigerian students regarding the existence of this free education opportunity in Finland, only few privileged Nigerians are enjoying this tuition free education in Finland.
Recently, we organize awareness seminars all over Nigeria which is aimed at informing Nigerians who intend to pursue their education abroad to look the way of Finland.
There is no gain saying the fact that there are as many Nigerians who ought to be either in universities or graduated from the Universities but continued languishing at home since there are not enough spaces in Nigerian universities to admit millions of intending undergraduates rejected by JAMB, while many intending graduate students can’t afford the high fees charge by Nigerian universities for masters and PHD programs.
Do we allow our youths who are the leaders of tomorrow to continue wasting their lives staying at homes while waiting for the non-existence space in the overcrowded ,underfunded and expensive Nigeria universities or do we help them to seek the greener pasture abroad (FINLAND) where they can attend tuition free universities and be useful to the society.
Therefore, we at SKYBASED EDUCATION CONSULT have taken it upon our self to help as many Nigerians as possible to enjoy tuition free university education in various Finnish universities for their undergraduate and post graduate courses.
The proportion of foreign students in all Finland universities is 3% of all tertiary enrolments, one of the lowest in OECD while in advanced programs; it is 7.3%, still below OECD average of 16.5%. With this you can see that Finland needs more foreign students (both undergraduate and post graduate courses are available tuition free)
OTHER ADVANTAGES IN STUDYING IN FINLAND ARE:
1. Studying in Finland is entirely free, from the online application till when you are accepted and there is no tuition fee thereafter. Degrees from Finland are highly respected worldwide and they have some of the world best university that features in the top hundred universities every year e.g. university of Helsinki, Aalto university, Helsinki university of technology etc.
2. Many international organizations have rated Finnish educational system as the best in the world including WEF (World Economic Forum). Finland is also a Schengen country, which gives you an advantage to travel around Europe visa free.

3. There is opportunity for you to work in Finland while schooling
4. All (4 yrs, 5 yrs and 6 yrs courses in Nigeria) last only 3 years in Finland
5. At the end of your program, you can either choose to return to Nigeria or remain in Finland or any European country of your choice and work because Finish university certificates are respected all over the world.
